The Spark Cafe Soda Fountain

Stopped by The Spark food truck for some ice cream after dinner on Saturday night. I was bummed that the cafe was undergoing renovation but was happy that we were still able to get a scoop. The price of ice cream here vs other places in town is honestly astounding. The gentleman helping us said that they keep the prices down because they want everyone to be able to bring the whole family. Flavor and quality were both great as was the service, and it was nice being able to enjoy our ice cream in the square. I personally really love that they offer a cutie cup/cone because I generally want just a little bite of ice cream and this really hit the spot!

You can't beat these prices! At least 8 flavors available at a time. Lots of topping options. I got a waffle cone with mint chocolate chip for $1.79! Currently this is a food truck until the museum renovations are complete. It sits on the edge of the square; so on a warm spring afternoon, the park was full of people enjoying ice cream from the Spark Cafe truck. This is what small towns experiences are meant to be.

Great place to hang out after dinner! I can't imagine buying a one-scoop two flavor ice cream for only $1.4! That's out of imagination for someone who came from the Northeast! I really like the homemade strawberry ice cream. They have some frozen real strawberry inside which made it very refreshing. Not too sweet, which was perfect!

The end of the free Walmart museum next door dumps you out into this soda fountain.They have extremely cheap ice cream prices. You can even get a baby cone for something ridiculous like 50¢. Unfortunately because I have Celiac and they use the same scoop that's been sitting in ice cream water as a rinse, they're all cross contaminated and not safe for Celiacs to consume. Unfortunately the $3.25 iced coffee that I had on this past Monday was so bad I finished a third of it and had to throw it away. It was incredibly bitter. Skip the drinks and if possible, only get ice cream.*I tested positive for Covid two days after my visit so employees who worked on 5/16/2022 should get tested.

Poorly managed. My son used to love the shakes from here; however, on two recent visits we have been informed that shakes aren't available. "Our supervisor said you cannot order a shake because it clogs up the line." I suggest either providing the items listed on the menu or removing them from the menu. Very frustrating to take a child here for a treat and be told this. Management should do a better job.

A must have in Downtown Bentonville. The ice cream was delicious. The prices were amazing, it was like $5 for 3 cones. The location and atmosphere was awesome. Highly recommended!

We came to visit family for the fourth, and this was our 1st time here in Bentonville, AK. They told us we must try the ice cream, which was great. I love the scenery of the town so family oriented. And to top that ice cream trip, we bump into Alice Walton herself, just enjoying life itself like the rest of us.

Came here for a quick ice cream - the prices are really low and you certainly get your money's worth! I am told the ice cream is sourced locally, and it was very creamy and smooth. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be slightly more difficult over the busier times, however there's plenty of parking on side streets around the block. There is also a cute Walmart museum next door that is free. You do have to give them your name and state, however. Not sure what they do with that information! Certainly a quick and fun afternoon pickup. Next time I'd like to try their shakes!

You have to come here for the original scoop in Bentonville- the prices are ridiculously low because of the Walton family's intent on leaving this as a gift to the guests and town folks of Bentonville. I got a scoop in a sugar cone + a baby scoop of two different flavors for under $2.

Awesome ice cream! I love how the museum branches into the café, so convenient! Coffee is amazing! Awesome!
