The Quarterdeck Waterfront Café

The atmosphere is really nice, right on the water, easy to get too from a boat and main road. The food was just ok, nothing great but good drink prices. The service isn't very good at all unless a person arrives on a boat or looks a certain way. It took over 10 minutes to get any service at all. Other people around us who came in behind us had service right away. Since we didn't look a certain way or come in from a boat, we had very poor service. Regardless of someone's image, they should get the same service. We were out driving our corvette and stopped in for lunch. We were younger than most and received lower quality of service. When we are in the area, we typically stop at Roadhog Saloon, where service has always been good. The scenery is beautiful but poor service and so so food.....not enough to ever come back. Just an honest review.

So cool they have a pool we went in while we waited for a table! The food was so so good!! Very nice service and yummy pina colada! The lemonade tasted like fair lemonade!

One of your missed stop places on grand Lake wonderful hamburgers and fries. Great views, awesome service good prices they even have boat parking very family friendly.

Even on a hot day, The Quarterdeck was cool and inviting. It's pool side and on the Tera Miranda marina. If you're tooling around the lake, you can pool up at a courtesy dock. It was a pretty busy Saturday when we were there and people were jockeying for space in the marina.Service was a bit slow but still attentive. The manager on duty was making sure everything was good for guests and checking in. We tried the green chile burger, the mushroom Swiss burger and a monstrous looking Meat 'n Mac (pulled pork topped with Mac 'n Cheese). Fries were good and onion rings were fantastic. It was nice that they literally cut one of the burgers in half, portioned out the fries and brought it out in two baskets when they knew we were splitting one.The Bloody Mary was fantastic. It came with large celery stalk, skewered olive and okra and pepper, and a bacon slice. (I'm not one to like bacon in my cocktail so I passed the slice along to a table mate---I was told it was delicious.)It seemed to be a popular place on a Saturday afternoon. We will be back! (Note that they are only opened Thursday through Sunday.

Not as good as we are used to. It's sad. This has always been our favorite lake destination. But today was just blah. Do not order the southwest chicken wrap!!! Gross. Just not as enjoyable as it was in the past.

Normally pretty good in the past, however not the case today, Sunday evening not many patrons, out of most of the items on the menu but the waitress was unaware, took order then comes back 10 minutes later to inform they were out, no problem place a second order for different food, 5 minutes later nope out of that too, finally find some food they have and receive it in a timely fashion, ask for condiments, nope out of that as well‍, waitress would wander into the kitchen where we could see her and just talk and talk but not check on us

Casual, clean atmosphere. The deck faces the lake, isn't a fabulous view, but the large fans give off a nice breeze and it's cozy. We started with Moscow mules which were cold and good. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful in making menu choices. We shared a Philly with onion rings...should have gotten the tower, they were so good! The side salad was fresh and had cucumbers, cheese, tomatoes and more! If in the area again, we will for sure come back!

Staff very friendly. Nice, chill vibes. I ordered the Philly steak sandwich and it was excellent. My husband ordered the chicken wings and they too were to his liking. We can see ourselves eating there again.

Very good. Had the loaded grilled chicken salad on croissant. It was good & fresh. Portions are great no enormous. Have fresh fruit as an option instead of fries & chips. Pool available to cafe guests. Bathrooms are clean. Have onion ring towers.

Food quality has deteriorated . Meat on burger was almost nonexistent. Sad as we enjoyed going here.
