If you know me I am a Foodie.... And I love watching Food Network!!!I love The Pioneer Women and all that entails. When she opened her Mercantile Store and the The Boarding House in Pawhuska, Oklahoma I put the destination on my Bucket list!!!It has taken about 4 years to luck out and get a 2 night stay at the boutique hotel!!!We stayed in the Photogragh Room. The Hospitality was Top Knotch.Happy Hour every night for guests.Turn down service with probably the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!!!Every morning they bring you coffee and pastries from The Mercantile Complimentary Water or SodaAwesome StaffIt's a sleepy/quiet little town with not much to do but we enjoyed the Quiet!!!*if you do decide to visit keep in mind that it really isn't Handicap accessible. You need to be able to do steps.

My 7 year old daughter, and I stayed here for the second time this past weekend and we absolutely LOVE it here! The staff are all so friendly, and helpful. You really are treated like a VIP. From carrying up your bags to your room for you, to the nightly turndown service completely with chocolate chip cookies. We just love staying here, and already booked another stay for April! Our only goal is to meet Ree one of these times. We've come to Pawhuska probably 10 times and we always somehow miss her. One of these days!!

I really really enjoyed the pioneer woman boarding house! This was a trip My mom booked for mother daughter girls vacation. ( Feb 26-29). We stayed on the top floor drugstore room 301. Biggest room and amazing bathroom , double toilets , claw foot tub, & glass shower. The front desk & room service/turn down service ladies are very sweet & accommodating. They really helped with out li luggage & heave packages. They allowed us to use the service elevator on the back of the store to get up to our top floor room. Otherwise it's 2 really long sets of stairs , so if you have any knee problems or knee replacements definitely take my advice and use the service elevator. It is a flaw in the hotel that they do not have a nice elevator to the top . They do have a nice elevator in the mercantile shop up to the bakery. So the hotel should have been built w one or the service elevator upgraded to look lovely to match the hotels beauty. The hot cocoa in the morning & coffee was lukewarm warm at best. Microwave being added to the room would definitely help heat up those things. Other than luke warm breakfast & the steps this place is a must visit & the retail in the merch is to die for! I was shocked!! I bought beautiful plates, towels, giant candle & headbands. & the pastry's are delicious!! P town across the street is delicious. I had the lasagna & not knots are phenomenal!!!

My husband and I spent our anniversary at the Boarding House in the Boudoir Room. We were there for two nights, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need and are well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, beautifully designed, and decorated. We will definitely plan another trip in the future.

Our second time here a loved it as much as the first time! We first stayed in the Ranch Room...one of the larger ones and this time we had the Prairie Room...one of the smaller ones..loved them both! The staff was wonderful...shout out to Rachel who was so fun to talk to and offered great service!! Loved the happy hour on the patio and the view out our window! One afternoon they let us peek into the rooms they were cleaning for the next guests...I want to stay in all of them. A fun splurge for a girls weekend or I'm lucky cuz my hubby loves to come up here too! And bonus because this trip we got to visit with Ladd! One day I'll get to meet Ree! #goals

This is our 2nd Christmas break vacation to The Boarding House. We love it so much! This year we stayed in The Prairie Room. It was SO perfect! The room is decorated amazing! We loved the comfy bed with all the pillows. The room size is perfect for a couple. It overlooks the Main Street, and the view is awesome. We went to the Happy Hour and decided to order from P-Town Pizza, across the street, for dinner and relax in our room. The food was delicious. The Not Knots are a MUST! We also ordered room service for breakfast, from The Mercantile. It was SO good! The homemade biscuits are to die for. Also, I have had 2 Spicy Cowgirl iced coffees so far because it is my absolute FAV!!!IF I had to say anything that needs attention, the room needs a microwave-we wanted to heat up a baked good. But this is definitely going to be a place we continue comping to each year!

Not only are the rooms large and tastefully appointed, the people are great. The women at the front desk and the women who host happy hour are all warm and friendly, even helping to carry our large luggage up a flight of stairs. However, we have to give special acknowledgement to the manager who helped when our car stopped 3 blocks from the hotel. Tamika attempted to jump start our car and then drove me to a mechanic's shop so that I could make arrangements for the car. She made sure someone was on the way to help us before returning to work.

Never have I received such service than at the Boarding House, and I work in hotels. They truly have thought of everything. The room was a marvel and everything was so comfortable. I couldn't believe how big the bathroom was and had amazing amenities. We really enjoyed chatting with the staff at the desk and during the wine & beer reception. Have you heard about the Spicy Cowgirl? I hate coffee, but I thought I would give it a try and I found myself thinking about it all day and I couldn't wait for coffee service the next morning. We also really appreciated the reservations offered at the Mercantile & P Town Pizza. I can't wait to go back and experience a different room.

One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Ree thought of everything when she opened the PW Boarding House! From the decor, amenities and service...get prepared to be pampered. Special coffee service and breakfast pastries delivered to your room in the morning; wine, beer and snacks in the evening; turndown service with delicious chocolate chip cookies left for you at night are just a few touches that make your stay extra special. Stayed in the Butterfly Room and loved it! If you are looking for a great getaway, consider staying at The Boarding House! You won't regret it!
