The PC Landing Zone

We took our computer in yesterday, March 16, and were so rudely greeted by the young man hardly a how can i help you at all. He rudely told me to complete a form and when i expressed concern over giving my password that all i wanted was for the monitor to turn on and this same young man so harshly told me he would not work on my computer i said excuse me and one of the other guys explained that they would need to check settings to make sure it was totally fixed and they were Hippa compliant. I cannot believe they allow him to Answer phone (i called twice) and this young man answered again rude or greet public. Strange they called today saying tbey could not fix. Unbelievable. I would never taking another item there. The otber two guys were kinder bowever.

My laptop was saved from the dead for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and friendly.

I took pay ps5 in today for a simple repair and there supposed to hook it up run dinostics and call me back well I have it to them an hour after they open and still haven't gotten a call about it and they are closed now and I'm getting rekey mad I just needed a pcu replacement and or a fan replacement

They worked on our computer, said it was repaired. Brought it back to the office it would not function as was supposed to. They did not correct the errors in the operating system that allows you to make changes in spelling or programming.When we called them he apologized for the problem and was able to make corrections.A few days later we received a bill for services in the amount of $80.00.Since when do you get charged for mistakes and errors made by them?I THINK NOT.......The young lady that called us back was curt, very snooty and very un business like.I feel sorry for business like that, they only hurt their business and reputation. i feel that we are probably not the only ones to have a problem with them. We even bought two new computers from them, a mistake for sure.O'well, live and learn.

I first went to Geek Squad and their prices were crazy! My laptop is old and not worth 250 worth of services. I took it to these guys and they did an amazing job for half the cost and got it back to me the next day. Very professional and didnt make me feel like an idiot like most computer guys do. I recommend trying them first, they are honest and very helpful. My sister took her phone there and they fixed it too. Thanks!
