First trip here. Very satisfied with everything. Kind, courteous, professional! Love the cuts on our two Schnauzers. Will be back often.

We've taken our 4 pugs to this place several times for full bath and shaving services and never been disappointed! They know how to shave the hair as thin as possible without ever cutting the pugs' skin, and it always looks smooth! The staff is very kind, and they have a variety of services and treatments you can customize for each dog. Their prices are affordable, and you get more services for your money versus taking them to a vet. For example, their baths include nail trim, ear clean, anal expression, and more, and usually anal expression alone is $20+ extra at a vet (I price-compared with local vets)! They are located directly west of Arby's in a small strip mall and are usually very flexible and accommodating when scheduling appointments. We are very pleased!

They are really nice and have always taken good care of my fur babies.

One of the best places we have used for grooming our dogs!! They are champion show dogs and as such, have to be groomed to a AKC specification. We very pleased that Paula was able to do this and did a wonderful job. It was like doing it ourselves but better! We could have gone to a dog show directly. Very very happy with the results and the price!!

Pampered Pet Spa is by far one of the best pet grooming places I've ever used!I've been going here for about 5 years now and the staff is always friendly and they always treat my pup with love.They provide just about any service your pet could need, I highly recommend them.

Very nice people and they do a great job on my little furbabies. Kind of hard to get to and the parking lot is a MESS!! But - they do a great job and worth the effort of getting there.
