The Owl Shoppe

The family and I came here for lunch, looking for vegan options. We got the chips and salsa/guacamole/hummus as an appetizer. The chips were homemade and really good! The dips were kinda small but also good. We ordered a strawberry spinach salad, small Mediterranean bowl, and large Burrito bowl. I'm not sure there was much difference between the small bowl and the large bowl, but only because they were both really big. Everything we got was amazing! No complaints at all.We'll come back the next time we're in Shawnee.

Great chips and salsa. The ingredients were fresh. The fresh fruit was excellent with a variety of different kinds of fruits. Quesadillas were good, but a little under seasoned. The friend tried the fancy grilled cheese and loved it.Ambiance is chill and there was live music at 11:30AM on a Thursday, which was nice. Service was excellent and the waiters were well attentive.

One of our favorite places to stop on the way to OKC. Always interesting and healthy menu options with personable service. The chef is fantastic!

I saw this place in Shawnee on Facebook. Had to like , so I could see the specials. A high compliment to who post pictures. They make you crave! Food here is excellent!I ordered the Italian cheese with My side a sweet potato. Really good buttered bread and cheesy inside!A little sweetness sprinkled on top of potato. Husband's Chicken melt was super good with cheese n mushrooms. His side salad was lots of good stuff.Now the reason for only 3 stars....the sign saying wait to be seated but then say set anywhere?Young guy waiter, so quiet! Nice but too quiet.Now the seating, so awkward. One table front , then just a few in back. Place is big inside, which is not needed. Maybe an old drugstore before.Needs to be closed off in back and bring tables together. Alittle decor would go along way.So food excellent but not a place I want to drive from Del City for an enjoyable meal. Maybe if close by, like Casino time.Good cook for sure!

GET YOUR CUTE BUTT TO SHAWNEE. This place has been on my Yelp list for at least 3 years and I finally made the journey there and I was beyond pleased that I did! The food is made with such love and flavor and comes in such generous portions. Make sure you follow their IG page for all their yummy features!*and also call before you go because sometimes they close a little early!

If you don't eat here, you're missing out!. We've never been here for dinner before, only lunch. Such delicious food and nice quick staff. My boyfriend got the special, blackened salmon with grilled shrimp and asparagus on a bed of Alfredo with wilted spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and I got the hot ham sandwich with chips. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good cooked meal!

I walked in with my husband to grab a quick breakfast. Nobody there to greet us or a sign to say seat yourself. Not what I expected. It was very makeshift. The tables and chairs were quite old and looked like the had come from the Salvation Army. I then walked back to try to find a spot to eat. I saw a lot of dirty dishes and tables that were not bussed. The had dirty plates sitting on a counter. It was very unappetizing. We left. I don't plan to go back.

Nice staff and great food with large portions. Amanda truly has some amazing food creations.

The Owl Shoppe ended up being the perfect place for our party of 10 for girls night. We ended up getting so many different entrees, and they were easily able to accommodate special dietary needs. They offer gluten free bread and some vegan options, so this ensured that everyone was satisfied with the meal!My Philly cheesesteak was very good, and my favorite part was the fact that they grilled cheese on the outside of the bun, which is perfect for me, a major cheese lover. You could tell that they put effort into presenting each plate in a beautiful manner. This shop is located in the heart of downtown Shawnee and is open Tuesday-Saturday for lunch. We found out they are also open on Friday nights, so it was the perfect option for our large group. They had plenty of seating, and the service was friendly, although a little on the slow side. This was fine since it gave us time to enjoy the company.

Ate here for the first time the other day - their birria tacos were phenomenal! Homemade chips and salsa were delicious too. I'll definitely be back!
