Total size of the store was about this length, plus if you added two more pics to the side... not big (and plenty of empty space)

Stopped at the Mercantile for for shopping. The workers are very helpful and friendly. We had a good time and enjoyed a few meals while shopping. Make sure to check upstairs for some good seating and a place to rest. If you want an item to take home, maybe grab a plastic wrap container to help cut your plastic wrap

First time returning since the remodel. I brought first timer friends who love shopping and good food. We ate breakfast first, which was delicious and plentiful. Afterwards shopped and then went upstairs to bakery for more good food (dessert)! The cherry on the top would have been to meet Ladd but Ree we love you too! great time with friends!

Stopped in at The Mercantile Shop, there are a lot of great gifts downstairs. It was busy but there's enough room to shop. Upstairs in the bakery- amazing!!! I got the pecan pie cookie, it's just like a slice of pecan pie! My husband got a cheese Danish, it was huge but he ate the entire thing! All of the baked goods looked amazing, it was hard to choose. We also enjoyed a cappuccino with almond milk, very nice with the treats. It was our first visit, but we'll definitely be back!

*Review is for the Pioneer Woman Mercantile Shop, which I think is around the corner from the restaurant... not the same thing (though the restaurant does also have a small shopping area, so it's confusing)*This was a lot smaller than I was expecting. Hearing people talk about it as a fun little day-trip or place to find stuff, I thought there would be more to it. But it really wasn't a whole lot bigger than a boutique in a mall. We kept thinking "are we missing something??".They sell some home decor, mostly kitchen things, and some women's clothing. Some of the clothes were cute, but overall the style of most things seemed a bit too mature for me (though a few things I saw were exceptions). And then some of the clothes just had WAY too much pattern for me, like two or three completely different/ clashing floral patterns on one shirt. I guess that's just the Pioneer Woman style. I'm sure some can pull it off. We did end up getting some cute elastic waisted black pants with lace at the bottom for my Grandma. We thought those were cute!!The vast majority of the kitchen stuff you can find at Walmart anyway, since the Pioneer Woman's line is there now. Other than the small size of the shop, that was probably the most surprising -- that there really wasn't even that much more product than what's already at Walmart...... so then, if they aren't going to offer an expanded line or many more additional products, what's the point of going?Staff was very kind and bathrooms were actually kept pretty clean. We went in there two different times in the day (both mid to late afternoon / early evening) and neither time was it very busy.So not a bad spot but mostly, I just don't really see the point. Please let me know if we've missed something (I'm not trying to be funny), because I'm just left confused about what's so interesting about even making a trip to come see the Pioneer Woman stuff if that's truly all it is (I do know that you can tour her ranch or something, but I feel like people talk about the shopping part so I don't know...). Is there in fact a bigger store that we somehow missed?

Great selection, beautiful restoration. It's too bad the staff were so crabby. Not a single hello or offer to help. Just scowls and silence.
