The Inviting Place

It's not what you say, but how you say it. Thanks to beautiful custom stationery I ordered from The Inviting Place, my teenage son can say things with a lot more class. Twenty years ago, I ordered some custom embossed William Arthur stationery from a store on Brookside and was hoping to give my son a matching set. That store is no longer in business and William Arthur has since been purchased by Crane. To further complicate the issue, the style I wanted to duplicate wasn't offered anymore due to cutbacks caused by COVID. However, with determination from the helpful staff at The Inviting Place, negotiations were made with Crane and I was able to custom order a set of stationery made with unique tools created just for my order, thereby helping me achieve my goal of giving my son matching stationery that he can proudly keep unused in a box for the next 30 years because his generation doesn't know how to write and mail letters. Well, I may be disappointed in my son but I am very happy with the service at The Inviting Place.

A great store to get invitations and unique party decor and supplies! The staff has always been helpful and accommodating in the many times that I have ordered invitations. I've worked with Faith several times - she's my go-to person when I need quality invite design.

When my invitations came in the wrong color, I refused to pay for them. I was having a post-wedding reception as well and my mother in law bought those invitations as a gift for me. I told my mother in law that they came in the wrong color and not to pay for them...and when I say wrong color, they were supposed to come in a coral color, and instead they came in a texas longhorn orange color...WAAAYYYY off. Any ways, After I refused to pay for them and a conversation with the owner went NO WHERE, I ended up GETTING SUED BY THE OWNER. Then, the next day, my mother in law was served papers and she was getting sued as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

This store has the rudest customer service in Tulsa. Amazing the amount of business they are losing by their unfriendly and snobby behavior. Go somewhere else and save your time!

I've ordered from the Inviting Place many times and have nothing but wonderful things to say! This past year when I ordered bridal shower invites I realized I gave them the wrong date and I called them right away to ask if I could change them, they were super accommodating and super friendly. They allowed me make the correction with no extra charge and they came in right away and were ADORABLE!Their customer service has gone out of their way to assist me on multiple occasions and every other order I've placed with them has been great quality and has arrived in a timely manner. And did I mention their selection is nothing but one of a kind and truly creative. Definitely my go-to store for any and all invite and gift needs :)
