The Greens At Stillwater Apartments

The worst. I've never had such a frustrating experience with an apartment office staff. They did not understand their system, and therefore could not explain to me why payments were not going thru, nor could they remove the late fees I was charged. Bounced everything back to an unbelievably unhelpful "home office" and THEN refused to return my deposit (on a SPOTLESS apartment.) Awful.

This place should be condemned. Seriously, holes in the walls, rodent feces, and millions of cockroaches. I myself prefer a better living condition. If you can sleep with one eye open and one closed this may be a atmosphere you can tolerate for a cheap price. This place is unquestionably on the health inspectors list to be condemned in the near future. Oh by the way, when you leave you'll be charged for the magnificent cleaning job that rates a negative 100 at most.
