Our experience with the Garage was amazing! We had a snapped belt on our old beater Subaru and they fixed it in no time while also providing us with info about other recommended services. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling and we felt prices were fair and reasonable! Will absolutely return for any of our car needs!

The only mechanic shop my truck has been to the issue were never addressed and my truck came back to me in worse condition then it was when I dropped it off then come to find out they are Stripping parts off of my truck I will never return again and I would (NOT!) recommend The Garage Auto Repair to anyone stay away from the garage auto repair at all cost they very well could do the same to you that they did to me

My car was running pretty rough and my breaks were deteriorating. I required all 4 break pads and rotors replaced, a new air filter and my levels topped up. The guys here were very professional, kept you updated and even provided a video of the work they were conducting. They provide a check list of issues that you can select or deselect for the required work. You receive a running total so you know exactly what you're paying. No hidden fees. They also have a negotiation policy where they promise to beat any competitors price by 10%. You can also call up the shop and they're happy to negotiate before your visit also. Very clean and professional work space and a very attractive and comfortable waiting area. You really can't beat the price or professionalism here. Highly recommend these guys!!

Paid $5k to have my car fixed here a couple months ago. The check engine light came on again about 5 minutes after leaving the lot. Took it back in and all the new repairs totaled up to about 9k. Decided to take it down to a smaller mom and pop shop. The new shops diagnostics were the exact same and repairs were 1.8kThey have good communication and timely repair, but will price gauge you.

went here because it was in the neighborhood thought I'd give it a shot the quote I got was ridiculous I literally went to another shop and paid 2000 less then what was quoted if they do show love maybe it's only to they own kind because they were looking to put the screw down on me

We have been using the garage for our cars a couple of years and they are so helpful in telling us honest answers toour questions. Today I took my car because I couldn't get the headlight cover off to replace my dim light and they did it for free for me! Great people and great business!

Went back-and-forth over an expensive head gasket repair that wasn't done properly. Had to take my vehicle back 3 times. They didn't bother to replace or ask me about replacing a $15 seal that blew right after the repair, and then charged me $200 in additional labor to fix it. I paid anyway and just trusted them to do the job properly, but now I find out after my radiator overheated and broke that they never plugged the cooling fan back in after their work, which will cost me another $800 (at a different mechanic, since I won't be returning here). The customer service people are friendly, but this company's work is completely untrustworthy.

Took in one of my cars that was hissing when braking and idling rough, a sure sign of a vacuum leak. they wanted to charge me 900+ for spark plugs, wires, etc that can be done at home. After paying their diagnostic fee i took it to another shop to have vacuum tested and they found it within an hour. Leaking brake booster. Good shop, but will be my last time using them because they couldn't properly locate a problem, and wanted to bandaid things until they found something. I will say their diagnostics with pictures are nice.
