A cozy coffee shop that's in Hotel Phillips building. My friend told me it's in an apartment building, so we drove in circles until we realize the building is named Hotel Phillips. The breakfast burrito, avocado toast and the ponch were all great. I wish I took photos, but I was too hungry. The hot latte was nice too, and it was not busy on a Wednesday morning.
