The Dump Truck

Great concept for a truck, seems like they are always adding new items as specials for you to try. I got almost all of the their dumplings, so I could see what they tasted like (only one I did not get was the vegetable). They were okay, each was apparently frozen to start and made in advance. I was going to get their combo, but they ran out of fried rice. Sauces were good, some REALLY SPICY. Overall, the guys in the truck were really nice, I felt they were overwhelmed with the amount of people that came out and had troubles keeping up with orders (Frozen dumplings may have slowed them down). Prices were fair on stuff.

I got an order each of the spicy beef, Bachan's beef and the cilantro lime chicken and they were all great. In particular the Cilantro Like Chicken with the Spicy chili sauce was amazing.

You can't get dumplings like this anywhere else in Oklahoma as far as I know! The food is amazing and they always find awesome places to park. I have discovered so many new breweries chasing the dump truck. Definitely try this place out!

Fantastic food and some really creative options. We loved the vegan chicken queso! The owners are friendly and always pick cool breweries to partner up with. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome flavors. I had some questions about ingredients and the staff were super helpful and friendly about it. My wife and I tried their samosa dumpling special, some chicken dumplings, and some veggie dumplings. Also asian salad and lo mein. All were yummy and worth the price. Prep time was speedy.
