I like to visit local coffee shops when traveling, and I picked this one from Yelp. Turns out I had been here once before, a year or so ago. The Collaborative has a slight hipster vibe; unusual for Wichita Falls. The shop was maybe half filled with customers; there was no line to order. When I walked in, it wasn't super obvious where I should go to place an order; the iPad 'register' was sort of hidden by equipment on the counter. So, I sat at one of the stools at the coffee bar, which had three people working behind it. I was the only person sitting there; no one said hello or acknowledged me in any way. The order spot with the iPad was right there at the bar, only a couple of feet away. I sat there for a little while, figuring someone would get to me sooner or later. Then, a new customer came in and walked up to order, and he immediately got the full treatment --warm greeting, instant service. Huh. After he was served, I waited another minute to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me, but no one did. I stood up, walked three actual feet from my stool to the iPad, and the change was immediate --it was like I had appeared from thin air. I was greeted, asked for my order, etc. Maybe there's a switch in the floor at the order spot that activates a customer service function?My Americano was weak and tasteless, to be honest, which jibes with my original visit, once I remembered it. Between the lack of service and the coffee, I won't be back a third time.

My new favorite coffee shop!! Their coffee is so smooth and their location is very convenient for me. I can't wait to come back and enjoy their patio when it gets nicer

This coffee was exactly what I needed. It had a deep, rich flavor with just the right balance of sweetness and strength. I will definitely be coming back for more.

The cold brew here is one of the best I've ever had. It's smooth, bold, and slightly sweet, with no hint of bitterness. The ice was perfectly portioned, so the coffee stayed strong until the last sip. The baristas are knowledgeable and clearly passionate about coffee, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. The café has a warm, rustic charm, with wooden tables and soft lighting that make it a perfect place to catch up with friends.

Chose this coffee shop due to it being near our hotel and we were not disappointed. Coffee was good and the ham and cheese sandwich was delightful. Beautiful interior, aesthetic inside and outside. They have a nice outdoor patio, with an open concept, which gives a nice feel to the coffee shop.

It's a cute coffee shop, but my problem with it is with the tea. Yes, it's a coffee shop but not everyone drinks coffee. Some of us drink tea. You need to offer more than four varieties. And one of the varieties should be a simple black tea. Nothing fancy, just tea. It's really not hard.We went on a Sunday morning and the weather was wet, so it was pretty crowded inside. The tea comes in a really cute pot (see my picture). The presentation was nice, although that's not what I came here for. The tea was mediocre, at best. I was really hoping for something better. I can't comment on the coffee since I don't drink coffee, but the tea leaves much to be desired. Hopefully they'll up the stock and get in some better teas. Then this will be a really great place.

Like the community and the staff here. Drip coffee perfectly serviceable. I'm partial to DS, but this place brings the love/ community factor. Enjoy the yogurt. Need to see the baked goods game upped!

Wonderful. I did order the boring plain black coffee but the place was great. A great layout with different places to sit and chill and/or work. The servers were nice and quick to hand you the order you wanted.
