Love brunch and lunch here. So we decided to eat here on Christmas Day. Cons: price! Set pricing for buffet and mandatory 20% tip. think it was $150-160 for both of us? Buffet upstairs. Stairs very precarious. We were nervous and were young! Worried for the elderly people. Pros: loved the prime rib, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. My husband really liked the Mac & cheese. Customer service is always too notch here. They cleaned up every spill immediately.

We stayed overnight at the Ambassador, had drinks one evening at The Chalkboard and Sunday brunch there as well. All was top notch.

I love chalkboard! I have been coming since before they changed owners & i used to love the quiche! Not sure if they still serve it up but also their salads are delicious! To my knowledge everything is locally sourced & its always a vibe! Dim lights help me relax even more. Today i got the soup of the day and decided to add chicken on the side! The chicken was so flavorful & moist & juicy. Always a fan of this place their breakfasts are healthy & food is of quality

We always enjoy a meal, brunch or dinner, at The Chalkboard. For this occasion, we made a dinner reservation at The Chalkboard as they offer shuttle service for some events at the BOK and we had concert tickets. All of the staff were so helpful and attentive! Our hostess got us all set up for the shuttle and our waiter made the best dinner recommendations, including ordering half salads that were plenty when paired with a shared app and dessert! If you haven't been to The Chalkboard in a while, be sure to stop in and see the "refreshment" they have given the interior or enjoy the covered porch with a retractable roof!

Passing thru Tulsa and needed a quick, good lunch. Jumped on Yelp and was led to the Chalkboard. Immediately walking in I thought it was very well decorated. It's in a hotel, so it definitely has hotel cafe vibes. I got the avocado toast and my companion got the French dip. The food was good, and came out quickly. Service was ok, but I definitely think she was new and confused so I didn't hold it against them. For what it was, it was good and I'd recommend if looking for a quick lunch.

Best Caesar salad in Tulsa. Those fried capers add such a pop. As you can see I get this to go because it's a nice stop on the way home from work. It will not disappoint.

This restaurant is in the bottom level of a hotel and there are two lots available for parking. You walk into the building and down 4 stairs to the restaurant level. We were seated quickly as they weren't too busy. The interior is really pretty and bright. It has a more upscale feel which is reflected in the lovely smelling bathroom and the nicer and heavier drinking classes that match the wall color. Our waitress was friendly and quick to offer recommendations, which I love. I ordered the American breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes,Gluten free toast and hollandaise sauce. They serve house made jelly (raspberry or blueberry) I got the raspberry and it was really good. The hollandaise sauce was decent but I didn't like it enough to want to go back to try the eggs Benedict. My breakfast was good though, I wouldn't mind coming back for lunch and trying some more menu items.

We visited for a Sunday Brunch. We'd been here years ago but never returned. I believe we were simply underwhelmed. This recent Brunch visit was great except for the very slow and I do mean slow service. Every step of the process took sigficantly longer than it should have. We were in no rush so it was not a big deal, but if I ate here more often and the service was consistently slow, I'd not return. On this visit we arrived 1:45pm without a reservation there were quite a few open tables and we were seated immediately. Shortly after our arrival the restaurant seemed to fill quickly and completely.I had the Eggs Benedict and I have to say it was without a doubt the best I've had anywhere. The eggs were poached perfectly, the Canadian bacon was very good and the English muffin was just perfect. And the Hollandise Sauce was delicious; not too thick, not too lemony, just yummy, yummy, yummy.

The Chalkboard Burger is my go-to for their brunch so it's no surprise that it was my top pick for dinner! The burrata caprese salad I had before was also fantastic. Fun fact: you can order a half of any salad on their menu! For my drink, I had a blood orange margarita that was really nice. The atmosphere and redone bar area is beautiful and perfect for a date night or night out with friends.

Well, the hostess who saw us coming from the hotel, then didn't bother coming to the front which she had directed us to. And then she rudely told us we could only sit in the bar without a reservation. Honestly, had i not had the voucher from the hotel, I would have left. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. And the food was fine. But the initial impression makes me not ever wanting to eat here again. Oh and the restaurant was half full when we entered and no one came in by the time we left. So we aren't talking about a peak busy time. Next time I will just take the points. And I had been wondering about trying this restaurant in the past, but with a rude hostess, I think that I will just go back other places in Tulsa.
