I have used this company for events and attended several events catered by Catering Connection. Have always been pleased with the food and service. Would recommend.

We had a perfect experience with The Catering Connection. The food was great. The server and bartender were kind and efficient. The cost was the best around. Working with Terri from the begining, we had an easy time. I'll recommend them in the future to other and will use them in the future if needed.

I can't remember the last time I have had a catered meal this bad. The Catering Connection was hired for a nonprofit group dinner. We paid $15 a person for either a steak or chicken meal. I can't speak about the chicken dishes; they ran out before the servers reached our table. The food was cold and the steaks were inedible because they were raw. Half our table asked for them to have additional cooking; even those who indicated they liked rare steaks thought the meat was too "under cooked." The servers returned with new plates, equally cold and raw. Several people at our table either didn't eat the meat or asked for containers to bring it home to our dogs. I understand that chefs believe overcooked meat is a sin against food product, but I can't imagine anyone assuming that every diner wants to eat cold, raw meat at a Christmas dinner.
