I really enjoyed my stay in this historic, quirky hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and well-appointed, and the parking was plentiful and free! I wish the linens were more substantial, and the pillows more comfortable, but I managed. The one negative is that the gym is in need of some updated and upgraded equipment--and you have to go outside to get into it. Other than that and the fact that the hotel isn't that close to downtown, it's a great find and good value!ETA: The breakfast options are basically just pre-made muffins and snack bars, too, so be prepared to buy or bring your own food.

This unique historical hotel was fantastic! Upon check in Latoya was very helpful and kind and accommodating! The decor is lovely and tasteful, parking was spacious and ample we were in a truck pulling a 30ft trailer and had plenty of room to perk behind the hotel.I really appreciated the extra outlets that were easily accessed on both sides of the bed to plug in our phone chargers! I also appreciated the light switch next to bed that turns on the lamp.. the room was entirely too cute! They had real black out curtains so my sleep was so sedulous and uninterrupted by sun light, the bed was super comfy.. I would only suggest maybe a few more pillows that were not so fluffy! They were a bit high for me but still comfortable so no complaint .. in the morning they had coffee, muffins, granola bars and a restaurant but we didn't have time to check it out.I'll definitely stay here again when in the area.Rate was great and the thoughtful conveniences really made the stay just perfect oh and the jacuzzi tub was the icong on the cake!

5 star for vibe, cleanliness, & HOSPITALITY! the place was beautiful, special and clean. the staff were so helpful and friendly. Ricki and John-Michael helped us resolve a mistake that WAS OUR FAULT & quickly. they were so nice and understanding and seemed more than willing to help us as much as they could. the rooms had everything you would need in a hotel room and everything was clean. the floors in the room were wood which I loved because I feel like they are cleaner than hotels with carpet. will not hesitate to book again next time we're passing through town!!!

Great Boutique Hotel, lots of charm. Opened in it's current state in 2011, a decade in it needs a refresh. It's not unpleasant, but showing age. Maintenance needs improvement. Peeling paint, broken and faulty items. Heat lamp didn't work in beautiful oversized my double vanity, jet tub bathroom. Toilet wasn't refilling after flushes. Nice room amenities, coffee, fridge, microwave , nice TV and the mini split ac made keeping the room temps level was great. The Electric Fireplace was nice, we didn't use it's heat. The interior of the hotel was nice and in theme with the rest of the property. Being a historical building, I wish they were allowed to do some exterior beautification, but I know that's a whole other story. Neighborhood is a mix or sketchy and beautiful. Located near the beautiful grounds of UT and bewildering homeless and drug addiled. We felt safe though, nothing crazy, but provided some entertainment. The number of Canibus Dispensaries is staggering, they like to light it up in Tulsa. Staff was wonderful, were fast to address anything needed, and information. Quickest Check In in all my travels. They have a nice Bar in the Lobby that seemed very lively, while I didn't partake, was nice to see. Farewell Tulsa,

No one should pay good money for this room, with peeled, chipped wallpaper and broken blinds, not to mention a dirty pillow. No contact from management after sharing concerns with front desk.A disappointing experience.

The hotel bar used to have an awesome bartender and a piano, but it's been a snooze since they got rid of the piano and the amazing staff. It's kind of a snooze now.

Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed, we even had a small coffee bar. At check-in we had wonderful service but have not interacted with any other staff members. My guess would be they are very busy doing their jobs because everything is done so wonderful. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. Lots of things nearby for a good walking tour and food of any kind.
