The Cafe At Har-Ber Village

Indoor and outdoor seating! My husband asks for a burger that is not on the menu and it is fantastic! He has tried every burger on the menu. We are frequent customers of this place. I bounce around and try all kinds of things. The pecan crusted chicken salad is fantastic! And the banana desert with ice cream is, oh so good! You can try anything on the menu, you will never be dissapointed!

So tasty!!What a pleasant surprise! Visiting the fab Har-Ber Village with friends and thanks to Yelp opted to try this cafe. (Thank you fellow yelpers for letting us know about this hidden gem!).They were sold out of a few items and good for them! I can only imagine how tasty THOSE items were!! We had burgers! Juicy, well seasoned (but not too salty) burgers! And served on toasted ciabatta rolls that were tender but stood up to the burger! Got the mushroom burger and it was fab! Juicy burger, fab bun, fresh 'shrooms, nicely dressed! Will go back! Would go here even if I wasn't going to the village! Hmmm Its not toooo far away - maybe a nice road trip!

Can I give this place 10 stars? Literally the best breakfast in the entire world and the most beautiful place. Especially in the fall. We love taking our son and puppies here, we usually eat outside and then go for a walk through the trails. I love all the seasonal events that take place here as well. We stopped in on a whim one day, and we have been coming back ever since. It's become a tradition for my family.The pancakes are gigantic and so filling, and we love the super thick cut bacon and delicious biscuits and gravy!

They have indoor and outdoor seating at the weather was perfect to take advantage of their picnic tables.We played corn hole while we waited for the food to arrive which turns out I'm terrible at but it was a great way to wait for a meal.I'm an omnivore who ties to eat vegetables and my brother prefers meat. I was excited to see the impossible patty was available to substitute for any burger, I love impossible meat ! No other substitutions on my burger and the flavor was magnificent! I was nervous about the garlic green beans but they were crack! I could have eaten a pound! Both our plates were empty and gave us the energy we needed to go through the museum!

The food & service was really good and we arrived at 11 (which breakfast stops at that time ) but they served me an omelette that I ordered for breakfast anyways which I appreciate since I'm a Vegetarian and not too many options I can get when I go out. The Museum was closed since last week which I really wanted to see since it's my B-day today but will go next year. Thank you for a good meal

Really cool place that we stumbled upon on a Tuesday when we were introduced to a mostly closed small town Grove. Glad we found this place. Park like setting, really good food, for a nice price. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cool spot and we'll be back.

Nice little cafe in the woods. Had breakfast there and wasn't disappointed. Foos was great as well as their staff. Afterwards, you can enjoy the village.

Drove 30 minutes from the Shangri-La Resort for breakfast, and it was worth it! I had the Har-bet omelette, and it was delicious, as were the potatoes and rye bread. I sat and chatted with a friend for almost two hours, and my coffee was never empty. Love this place!

We were so looking forward to trying a fried green tomato BLTs that we ordered extra green tomatoes as our side. Unfortunately, they weren't made fresh and the frozen packaged ones where so thickly breaded that the tomato was completely lost. The entire meal came across as entirely too salty. For dessert, we ordered the coconut cream pie. Again, we were disappointed.The ratio of cream topping to coconut custard was excessive and the flavor of coconut was entirely missing. Service was good. The setting was nice on the cool Spring day, but the price was a bit high given that most of the food was not made fresh. Too bad. We were hoping for better.
