The Big Biscuit

Service was amazing on the busy Sunday morning we were there. Food was also great! I wish we had one closer to my home in Texas.

We used the online waitlist to check in since there was a wait. They were having some tech issues because it said it was our turn but it really wasn't. That part was a little frustrating. We waited probably 10 mins total, so still not too bad. Just would be nice if their online thing synched properly.Our food was really nice. The loaded sticky bun was amazing. Really great omelet too.Service was pretty quick, which was also a plus.Our waiter was attentive but I wish restaurants would train waitstaff in how to project their voice. I'm not hard of hearing but I struggled to hear what he was even saying. But other than that he did a nice job and the service was good.

Tried this place as we were passing through...we were greeted and seated almost immediately upon walking in. The staff were all very friendly. The food was excellent! The chicken is soooo good! Will definitely come back.

I really liked this place! Staff was super nice and the food great! The biscuit is a good size, nice and flaky with a smooth and rich butter. I was expecting more of a biscuit focused menu with more biscuit sandwiches. Overall, the place is cool and clean, and the food is a great value for the serving!

We've been trying to get into The Big Biscuit for a while now, but wait is always long. Today, we got there at the right time. Was seated within 10 minutes. My wife ordered full biscuit and gravy, and I ordered the Kansas City omlete. The portions are ridiculous. We could have easily shared either entree. The biscuits were fluffy and huge. Gravy was creamy. The Kansas City had lots of bacon, sausage, and ham chunks. My wife also ordered one of the new western drinks, Cowboy Colada, and loved it. The place was busy the staff friendly and the food was great. We will be back even if we have to wait a little longer.

Service was great, food was good, sweet tea was actually sweet tea! At the end of the day it is what it is, but give it a try!

Laredo Scram-Bowl, it had chorizo and jalapenos! Pricey, IMO, at $13.99, plus $2.49 extra for gravy. Fast service, great wait staff, a good experience. I also got a Bella Canvas t-shirt for $13.

What the heck is going on here? PURE EPICUREAN DELIGHT, that's what! I got the "Haymaker" ...a bowl with fries, covered in cheese, then fried chicken strips covered with sausage gravy. Crowned with a large, buttery biscuit that has a gently crunchy top. The sausage gravy tasted better than any restaurant gravy I've had in the past 40 years. Very pleased and we can't wait to return. Sierra took great care of us, and the rest of the team of servers were friendly and attentive.

This place is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Food was great, you should do breakfast here for sure!! I'll be back.
