The Barking Lot

Two of the last four grooming appointments for my Cocker Spaniel have been horrible. They've started shaving his tail; despite having them read back instructions to leave his tail alone, he came back today with the tail shaved as well as a weird cut for the top of his head. They obviously are staffed with people who don't know breed specific grooming details and no longer care about the end result.The owner of the shop hasn't been there the past three times he's been groomed, and the place has gone to pot in her absence. Cancelling his next appointment and finding another groomer.

We have been going to this groomer for at least 5 years and we have been very pleased! Every time we pick up our cockapoo she is cut to perfection and we have never had any complaints. I highly recommend this business

The groomer shaved a 4 month old Yorkie puppy in the middle of winter. I did not ask for my fur baby to be shaved. She was NOT matted! Furthermore, the groomer burned her hip and feet! You could literally see the burns!! The owner/manager did NOTHING to rectify the situation! I had to pay for vet bills to care for the burns. I would NEVER use this groomer again! Didn't even offer my money back!

These ladies are the best! We discovers them a few years ago and have been taking our dogs ever since. They used to be our hidden secret until more people started to hear about them and then awarded best in Tulsa and ruined our same day appt gig we had going. Now we have to be responsible adults and call ahead but they're totally worth it!! Since moving to Claremore we still take our dogs here!

We absolutely love the ladies at The Barking Lot! They are super friendly and the dogs love going. They keep it very clean and the dogs are not crated. They do a great cut on our standard Golden Doodle. We highly recommend them!
