We had high hopes, and the food was good. Service though was lacking. A steak came out very rare - although ordered medium. Even had "Medium" sticks in it. But that happens. Mgr took it to be cooked more. And that's the issue. The "re-do" took so long the other person at our table had finished their meal before the re-done steak came back. With a directly "gaseous" smell, as though highly heated under an intense gas fueled flame. Not a great taste. The mgr returned with a $25 gift card (the steak was $35) which was ok. Although we're from Dallas. Believe we'll be back, but not sure.

A bit pricey but great food and good service usually. I had Teriyaki Chicken this time. nice glaze and really good char. Grilled meats are great here, steak and pork especially. There are a lot of dishes I really like such as the Steak Tips, Kebabs, and Steak Delmonica. Salads and rolls are great. The daily specials are sometimes worth getting too, especially the soups.Not a fan of the marsala sauce (Only had the pork, was afraid I wouldn't like the Marsala chicken)Sometimes it's a bit noisy. Often some wait time later past 6.One of Springdale's finer restaurants, a great sports bar area/environment, and their service and taste has improved since opening.

First time in, looking for something different as I usually go to the same places every year when I'm in town. It's a cool concept, sports theater on one side and a dining room on the other. I choose the dining roomDining room is cool but very bright, probably the brightest restaurant I can remember. Waitress took drink order quickly and I looked over the menu. She returned with my drinks and I ordered the pork chops with a salad and sweet potato. She asked how I wanted them cooked and I asked for medium well. Salad came out fast and was a standard salad. Pork chops came out shortly after and we're good. Little overcooked but very tasty. Service was good, she was very friendly and helpful

The fajitas never disappoint! Nor the wings! Service has really improved over the past year and we can always catch whatever sporting event we want to see on one of their big screens. Tyler was our last server and he was awesome. Bread, I have no words!! It's a chill place that you can walk in wearing shorts and a tshirt or come in your Sunday best! Love the atmosphere!

We were first time diners tonight. Very sad we decided to try this place. The service was horrible. It took for ever to get our salads and then as soon as they were served not 5 minutes later are dinners were brought out. Then the items that were served were not cooked correctly and the sides were cold. How do you serve a sweet potato that can't even melt the butter or the sour cream that's served on it? Then there was the steaks they were ordered medium rare only to arrive rare at best. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very pricy for sub standard service and food.

We were seated at a booth in the bar. Was concerned about service given the other reviews but we had no complaints. Server was attentive and friendly. I walked through the rest of the restaurant on the way to the restroom... I was happy we weren't seated in there. It seemed like an overly brightly lit sad place to get an early dinner when you're a senior citizen we ordered burgers. They were a good size, Decent price for what you got. You choose the temperature of the patty- I chose well done bc I don't like pink burgers. However the outside was burned in some places. I supposed that's my fault for ordering well done! My husband ordered medium well and was happy with his. Not the best burger I've ever eaten, but not bad. Oh, and the draft beer was cheap! Always a bonus. We would probably come back. Saw a sign saying Monday nights burgers are $10- it's definitely worth that.

I'm from Buffalo and they have the best wings in NWA! Only downside, no carrot sticks. The Ribs are amazing too! Fall off the bone tender. Salads are great and burgers! I love the Bills Backers Club meeting there! Drinks are great! The service is amazing! They are very flexible. The manager is very curious and helpful! I can keep going on..... one thing missing on the menu is shrimp cocktail. You know the kind served cold with horseradish cocktail sauce. I can't find it anywhere in This area. . Great restaurant so try it!

First let me say, on a Saturday night we were seated quickly and if you choose the dining room, they have multiple booths. Very comfortable. Next, the filet and the prime rib were some of the best we've ever had. This includes Ruth Chris. The filet was thick but tender. And the au jus with the prime rib was superb-no horseradish required. And finally, Emma our server and Roy the manager were so personable! They checked on us through out the meal and met every request! All I can say is we are sorry we live 2 hours away. This would definitely be our weekend spot.

10/10 service the employees were all so kind and welcome. Delicious food too. Nice lighting music was ehh but didn't matter bc the food and outstanding service made up for it. We will for sure be back!
