I'm not sure what happened, but I didn't receive the flowers I was supposed to get on Valentine's Day, so the next day the phone was off.. no one answering questions. Still no flowers. Yesterday I had someone knock and run.. and they left the flowers. (It was obvious they went out of their way to not see anyone) and unfortunately the bouquet was nothing like my partner ordered. I have no idea what happened, but I would NOT trust this place with my flower needs. Not to mention they never gave an apology or explained anything, and they still have their phone off! You just don't do that.

My mother came to visit from out of state, fell and broke her leg and ended up in the hospital. My cousin that doesn't live here was trying to get someone to deliver flowers quickly. It was closing time on a Saturday and instead of having to wait for the next delivery time they actually delivered them after closing just so she could get them before she was transferred to another facility. I hope they realize just how happy the flowers made her and the lasting impression they made on us for going out of their way to make it happen.

I do not know how this people manage to put a smile on anyone's face if they don't even put effort on a flower arrangement, like this obviously looks nothing like the photo it was sent to them to mimic but for the price my pay for they should of put some effort in it!!! Horrible worse bouquet I have ever recibe!!! Not worth going there specially if u spend a good amount of money to make someone's day!!!

My son ordered flowers and candies for my birthday the 18th February. I did not know about it until on the 20th the flowers were delivered and the roses had some brownish on them. I did told the delivery guy my birthday was pasted, but he just said I know and left. The next day the box of candies arrived. The delivery person was going leave it and go but I opened the door she handed it to me. I asked what is this and she said it was part of the flowers. Anyhow, today I got a call from the owner to confirmed the delivery of the stuff. I said I did got them but my birthday was pasted. I guess my son canceled the order when the flowers and candies did not come did not come on my birthday. But they stilled deliver them. The lady was rude, I told her they shouldn't delivered the stuff and let my son know. She kept saying because of the weather they were closed and could not complete the order. I told her, she should have canceled it and let costumer know that. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Take your money to an honest place and respectful people.

I've been a customer of Ted & Debbie's for years. I'm retired and my wife is retiring this summer after 34 years of public school teaching and I wanted to get her a nice Valentine's Day arrangement. Jan 28th I ordered a really nice arrangement from Ted & Debbie's. I went there Valentine's Day about 9:30 to pickup the flowers I ordered and what was ready for me was NOTHING and I mean NOTHING similar to what I ordered. On top of that they didn't have a box for the base so I was going to have hold the flowers while driving. I made the mistake of not taking a picture of what was handed to me. I showed the worker in the store my confirmation email with the "Premium" picture I had paid for. I'm really disappointed and irritated and I almost paid to have these delivered. I can only imagine what my wife would have thought if they were delivered to her school Valentine's Day. Last August for her birthday I ordered flowers from Ted & Debbie's to be delivered to her school with instructions they be delivered by noon or 1 (I forgot the exact time) and the flowers weren't delivered to her before she left school about 3:15. At that time I called and talked to a lady and she had the driver did call me back and he brought them to my house. Stuff happens so that didn't make me change florists but it is what kept me from having these flowers delivered.Wednesday morning the man in the store was understanding and sympathetic but said he didn't have authority to issue a refund but called his boss, Emily. He then told me she would call me but I never received ANY communication from Emily. I've emailed Ted & Debbie's and tried to call the number I was given for Emily and her voicemail cuts off before you can leave a message. I've gotten nothing but silence.I've been a Ted & Debbie's customer for years and although I've not always got exactly what I ordered they've never been this bad and I have learned customer service from Emily is below a terrible level. I often will not even leave review when I get bad service but after paying for a really nice Valentine's Day arrangement and being treated like this doesn't deserve being ignored.

I love the flowers from Ted & Debbie's! I don't mean the "call to order" kind! You know, where some sweet person delivers them to me and the rest of my day will then be perfect!?!? That just doesn't happen these days. Perhaps from being so devoted to my work I haven't the time. Like this business, I want my customers to have the best flower gardens and the annual flowers I pick up and put in the ground are perfect. Always the fullest, largest and healthiest I have ever found. And they have several to pick from, too.
