TECO Appliance Repair. We called for over a week to get them to answer and set up a time to come look at our dryer. ( Should've been our first warning ) They came out, told us it was only our heating element. Talking prices of heating elements, the older gentleman told us that our dryer element was still under warranty and he could get it for us from Samsung at no cost. Both men said they would contact us when the heating element arrived and that it would be about a week since it was still covered by Samsung. Well, one week passes, two, three & finally the fourth week I called the entire week with now answer. I decide to text the number that had sent me a few text messages. Finally I get a reply "Oh! Yeah you're part came in, we were trying to remember who's part that was!" They come, and after about 10 minutes tell us it's the wrong part and that it'll be a couple days. Again, 2 weeks pass and I contact them via text again since answering phone calls obviously isn't their forte. I receive a text that says "We have your part" and they come the following day-- they replace it and tell me the part alone will cost me 80$ and not only is it NOT a Samsung part it's an LG heating element. They said it was pretty much the same and when I asked why it wasn't covered by a warranty like they said it would be, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Then they charge me around 90$ for labor ( 15 minutes total and I'm pretty sure I spent more time laboring trying to get ahold of them )plus tax -- cost me 182$ total. Just for an LG heating element in my Samsung dryer that was supposed to be covered by warranty. My moms friend says she has been waiting for 3 months for a part for her fridge and still can't get ahold of them, and a coworker told me they overcharged her and ended up ruining her dryer as well. Lesson learned! While both men are very kind, it seems to be very unorganized. Beware.

I just went and bought a new part for my very old washer. The two gentlemen who helped me were pleasant and polite and never tried once to talk me into buying a new appliance that I couldn't afford. Even though they have some very nice ones in stock. So I looked at stoves and they have some nice reconditioned ones in my price range that I will be choosing from soon. 5 stars earned. Thank you for your help.
