Once again.... I couldn't ask for a better experience than what I had with Team One Automotive. They continue to be honest, friendly, helpful and forthright. I can't imagine bringing my business to anyone else.Marty ScottTulsa

A week ago while out running errands and prepping for my granddaughters graduation, I stopped at a local Quick Trip for gas. While filling up at the pump I I went inside for a fountain drink. I returned to my car, removed the pump and placed it in its place. I secured the cap to my tank and closed the door to my tank. I got into my car which is pristine condition, pressed the electronic ignition switch and nothing,zilch, nada. After several attempts I was resigned to the fact that I needed a tow AND that I would miss my granddaughters graduation. Fast forward-I called AAA for the tow and a recommendation for the most reliable and reputable repair shop without Mercedes in the name. They recommended Team One. My car arrived at this business after hours and because it was Friday, I would have to wait until Monday. They are closed on weekends. I called Team One on Monday morning. I spoke to a gentleman (Brandon) had already been assigned as my service advisor. Brandon spoke to me about the problem, informed me that service and diagnostics would not be performed until the next day. I didn't mind, I just wanted to resolve the issue. On Tuesday morning Brandon called to let me know that the diagnostics had been performed and as if it was by Devine intervention, they found Nothing wrong with the vehicle. The car is a 2011 Mercedes e350 with just a tad of over 67,000 original miles. Brandon assured me that they had checked electrical systems, fuses, the battery ignition switch and Everything. Nothing found. They test drove it multiple times and he said it started a drove perfectly. I give big shout outs to local businesses when they do a great job. When I went to pick up my car , Brandon and a charming young lady Frances, greeted me with a smile and politely informed me that the fixed price diagnostics was all I owed $125.00. I'd give more stars if I could because of their friendly approach to customer service and for their integrity. In the times we are living it's nice to see that it's the locals we can count on. While so many would have found something that would essentially ended up gouging me, Team One came through. They now have a customer for life. Kudos to Brandon and Ms. Frances for being great customer experience providers. Check them out for your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed.

My truck was making a noise and they made me feel like they really were trying to figure it out. I felt like I was getting the run around from other people and they helped me fix the problem and really listened to me.

I have trusted serval vehicles with Team-One over the years. This is the go-to shop in the Tulsa metro area and the only place I take my high-performance BMW M3. They do everything from extensive performance modifications to your everyday services. Nate and Larry have perfected their craft and it truly shows. They run a tight ship at Team-One and I would not hesitate to take your vehicle to them.

Worst place ever. Charged me $742.87 and did NOT fix the problem with my jeep wrangler. They will not respond to me so I will continue the bad reviews until they refund the $742.87. Its fraud in the worst sense, not reputable, i seriously doubt they even changed my accelerator pedal as they stated. I domt believe a word they day. Refund the $742.87 because Patriot Jeep fixed the problem with my jeep that this garbage place DID NOT!!I had to rate them one star, but read this one star as a negative million. I wouldn't let them put air in my tires.

Very thorough with inspection. Always very helpful when they explain work needed to be done. They are not high pressure!

Their work is generally excellent. Pricing is competitive. They stand behind their work, which is worth a lot, as no one is perfect. Recommended by me.

Have used them for several years and have always been pleased with them. They take the time to explain what the problem is and what the cost will be. Good place for your auto repair needs.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. Cost me $135 for them to do the same "scan" that the parts store does for free. I paid $384 for them to tell me what I already knew. They offered to fix the problem but they wanted $800 more than the dealership. You do whatever you want with your money but I won't waste another dollar at team one automotive.

I paid $1200 to have my vehicle repaired. They didn't repair it and I had to have it towed back to my home. I used their "towing service" Technet Roadside Assistance. I had to pay for my tow up front and I submitted a reimbursement claim on Mach 10th. It's now May 15th and I'm still fighting for my reimbursement.
