Honest review by a ramen lover...I had the tonkotsu ramen. Good broth. Good noodles. Good toppings. Someone else said it was like package quality noodles. It is NOT. Very good ramen by Joplin standards. We were pleasantly surprised!The maki sushi was okay. The sashimi was pretty good... just a little thrown off that a cooked piece of ebi (shrimp) was part of the "sashimi".Overall, we were happy with our meal.Service by Mei was outstanding!We will be back!Good job Tatsuki!!!

A little hole in the wall spot with fabulous food and service. Went with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day after too many places were packed. Good business but not too busy! The staff was so so insanely kind to us and everyone else. The food was spectacular and worth every penny. I recommend the miso soup (incredible) and the crazy roll. Will be here often!

So, the service was good. The restaurant was pretty busy so obviously people do like it. That being said, I ordered the ramen and unfortunately I have to agree with another reviewer... I've had better packaged ramen. Very bland and noodles not up to par (for my taste). My daughter got the miso broth soup and it was more flavorful. My husband got a beef and rice dish which he was not very impressed with. After adding hot sauce to it, he said it tasted better. Unfortunately I feel we have better options in Joplin so will most likely not revisit this restaurant.

My review is for set up of restaurant only. Has nothing to do with food or service. Went on a Friday and it was jammed packed. It was too cafeteria style for my liking. Chairs and tables super close together. Way too crowded so I left.

The restaurant is clean & bright with lots of seating! Our waitress was so friendly & gave us suggestions, since this was our first ramen experience! The sushi was fresh & you're able to watch it being prepared! I'm officially a ramen FAN! It was warm, spicy with loads of flavors and textures! I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best Ramen and Sushi in Joplin!! This place is a must try! The service is absolutely fantastic, above and beyond the call of duty! Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I also feel the price is very reasonable! I've been to several Ramen places in several states including Seattle. This one is top notch and honestly the best I've had!!

Absolutely excellent ramen! Delicious! The staff was really friendly. I didn't try the sushi, but I will next time. Highly recommended.

Ordered ramen but it feels like I ate instant ramen with additional toppings. We also ordered their sushi rolls and the rice was super thick. I can honestly roll better than that. Got my kid a bento meal and the rice was still raw. I wish they would improve the food as well as service. Had to ask for plates and chopsticks ourselves.
