Tasty Freeze

Sooooo good!!!The burgers were fantastic. And the curly q fries were good. Loved the swirl cone with vanilla and chocolate.

Great old school vibes in here. Overall food was great, fries needed seasoned better but burger was great and fries cooked golden brown and fresh. I do agree that customer service classes would go really far. Food quality is there and this place has great potential, just needs someone here keeping standards where they should be. Not bad though...

Good old fashioned drive in with incredible food and service! Very fresh ingredients homemade sides fresh beef burgers and homemade ranch for dipping! Stop in and get yourself something good to eat!!! I will definitely be stopping by again for sure!

I had the jumbo burger which is actually a normal size. My wife got a regular burger and it looked like a regular burger from McDonald's only it tasted much better-as well as the jumbo burger. I only bring this point up for reference purposes of potential customers. The tots and curly fries were also fresh and very good. We topped it off with regular soft serve ice cream It was better than most others. Obviously, everyone has something different that they look for in all of these items. What works well for some doesn't work for others. However, it was all good enough to bring me back from out of town to repeat the experience. One more important side note: In today's new world of lame experiences that one can have eating out, this place was fully staffed,fully alert and friendly. It was very refreshing.

First off, just to clarify for anyone not from this area, this is actually not a "Tasty Freeze". It is called "The Freeze". We were traveling through the area and were excited to see a "Tasty Freeze" listed on Yelp, but when we arrived the sign says "The Freeze" (since 1966), but we were hungry, so we still decided to give it a try. I cannot review the food, only the service because when we arrived inside the restaurant at 8:48 pm we were immediately informed that we could only order ice cream. When we asked if they had already closed they said no, but only for ice cream. There were other customers inside eating, but apparently they arrived before the pre-closing food cut off. The young man at the register has obviously not been trained in any type of customer service because he seemed almost offended that we wanted to order burgers 12 minutes before closing time. Again, the drive through was open, the sign for the inside said open, there were several other customers dining in, and the young man confirmed that they were open, but only for ice cream. All this being said, I can't recommend the service here. And, the owner or manager should change the hours listed for the restaurant to whatever time it is when they stop serving food.

I used to love coming here and always had good experiences. I believe this restaurant has a new owner though, as I experienced something totally different this time. The burgers were horribly greasy, not as flavorful as they used to be, but the worst part for me was that a random man who was dining in, in dirty clothes with dirty hands, was helping himself to making his own drinks and food in the back, which made me so uncomfortable, knowing the ice scoop for the drinks, the food tools, all of that was contaminated. Hope you'll not allow this next time.

Everything you would expect! Highly recommend the burgers! Service is quick and friendly.

The young lady that works the counter that took our order was very sweet and friendly, also the food was great! we will be back.

Had dinner inside. Food was good. Was surprised at how dirty the walls and booths were. The bathroom was out of all paper goods. The inside could have such a nice vibe if it was cleaned up. Only teenagers were working. Didn't see an adult anywhere.

what happened?!?!? horrible service, wrong food order, skimping on servings. what kind of white castle crap is this?!?!? we called 5 times trying to order ahead, they answered 5 times and hung up on us. after we got there to go threw the drive threw the worker was rude and got our order wrong. the burgers were burnt and tiny and the fries were soggy and cold. the fries also seemed like a half a serving. and defiantly not worth the price. this use to be a good place to eat, but has now lost customers who have been coming for years.
