I was craving taquitos or flautas and Taqueria San Felipe showed ip in my search. They did not disappoint. They hit the spot! The price was very reasonable too! It is very casual with plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly. I give Taqueria San Felipe a thumbs up if you want a reasonably priced meal and good Mexican food.

Taqueria San Felipe is not impressive inside, however the quality of the food makes it worth stopping in for some good authentic Mexican food. You order and pay at the counter- the staff will call you when your order is ready.I ordered a Pastore burrito and my hubby ordered an Asada burrito. Both burrito's were packed with our choice of meat and included beans, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Very tasty burritos and we're looking forward to coming back for the street tacos.

It's at the top of the list of local dive Mexican food restaurants in North OKC. They have delicious food, the veggies are always fresh and they offer great portion sizes. Their staff is very nice and the service is quick. We head here anytime we don't want to spend a lot and we don't feel like cooking. We never leave disappointed or hungry. If you're in the mood for cheap eats Mexican. this is always a good option. They seem to be a popular takeout spot, too though we've always dined in. It may not be a spot you want to hang out at to late at night, but we've never had a problem going for dinner. March 2023

Great food and full of flavor! Nothing special to look at from the curb but oh so good ... check it out. You won't be disappointed. Fast service, order at the counter. Generous portions. Only regret is I wish my husband and I had tried it a long time ago. Missed opportunities!

We were driving through on our way to TX and wanted tacos. Found this place on Yelp and decided to try it when I saw they make their own tortillas. To start, the place is not clean. Floors were filthy, high chairs all dirty or broken, the bathroom was disgusting and didn't have soap. I ordered 2 asada and pastor tacos and rice. My husband ordered the carne asada plate. The tacos looked promising. The pastor meat was okay. The asada was also just okay. The meat seemed like it was reheated honestly. I used the green salsa and it had no flavor or spice. The rice was dry and also seemed reheated. My husbands carne asada looked like beef jerky. He was so turned off by the food he asked for his money back. I ate 3 of the tacos just bc I was hungry. The tortillas were the only fresh thing on the plate. Don't waste your money here.

One of the best Taquerias I have been to. Went at a fairly quiet time so was able to to really take my time and order. I ended up with 5 tacos: 2 chicken, 2 barbacoa, and 1 Asada. The main thing I noticed was how fresh everything was- from the handmade tortillas down to the barbacoa (which is often too greasy) you notice the quality and freshness. They have 3 different salsas of varying spicyness, but all 3 paired well with the tacos. Along with the salsa they gave one whole lemon cut in two pieces; a nice compliment to the tacos. In all, if you're looking for a quality taqueria, TSF is definitely one of the best in the area!

You know how when you walk into a taxi place and you start nervously brushing up on your Spanish in your head...it's gonna be good. ¡Aye Mami! It is. My lunchmate had a taco salad made right meat on the bottom and my veg/peace brethren... They offer nopales (cactus) and rajas con queso (peppers and cheese) and it's gonna make you sing Glory Hallelujah and wonder if you should get three more for dinner.Theres a green, red and chili bar at the counter and the spice level will make you sweat in a very good way. Fair warning. If you're going in summer, the place gets pretty hot, but we sat in the area room that houses the main counter and it was warm but not horrible and it just made the cold jarritos better. If I ate meat I would be so all over their guiso in a heartbeat...but what I had was so good I couldn't care less that I don't eat meat.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Took 30 minutes almost with NOBODY in the restaurant, as well as I tipped and then tipped again when I ordered a separate beans and rice and I ordered 4 tacos and a quesadilla and they gave me 2 sauces! I asked for extra and they said 50 cents per sauce, yet if I eat inside the sauce is free???? Make that make sense. DONT GO HERE!!!!!! Can't forget either the rice and beans are 2$ each and they tried to charge me 3.50 for beans hahaha Oh and they also have little toddlers running in and out of the kitchenUpdate after eating...: omg so much grease shouldn't be any grease in my food the way there was. Ruined the entire meal.
