Tandoori Guys

I was most recently here for the time honored Jewish tradition- eating Asian food on Christmas. Although it is tradition to eat Chinese food the occasion, it's 2024. Why not live a little, maybe.There are always so many vegan options and they are always good. The items are clearly labeled with allergens, if they are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free which makes it so easy for every one. Here is a place that sets everyone up for success, staff, customers, well meaning friends, the whole mishpocha!I've been here so many times over the years and never had a bad experience. The saved is true for my meaty friends. They like this spot as well.

We placed a to-go order, which was packed and ready to go in about 20 minutes. The young man who took our order was friendly and helpful.We arrived home after about a 25 minute drive, and the food was still hot! Chicken Khorma was savory, fragrant, had the perfect amount of spice, and delicious!! Husband thoroughly enjoyed the fish appetizer, and the samosas were large, fluffy, and flavorful.It's a bit out of the way for us, but we will definitely visit again!!

Amazing buffet. Unassuming in a strip mall but they really made it feel more upscale inside than typical. I tries almost every buffet item. Everything is worth trying a bit of, but my favorites included the sweet almond wheat dessert, the pickled veggies with mango chunks, the tandoori chicken, the naan, and the vegan dishes. Very high quality, authentic food. If you've been to India Palace and enjoyed that...this may not be for you. This is true Indian cuisine and excellent. The service is quick and very professional and polite. Makes it feel more upscale. My *only* complaint is there needs to be more veggies. This is *very* carb heavy - rice/potatoes/naan. Also, the mint chutney was very lacking in flavor. But the chili sauce is a good substitute for that. The prices are unbeatable - my kids were $8 and my 4 year old was free. Definitely will be back!

Stopped in this Indian buffet to expand my exposure to the various dishes. The restaurant is small but nicely decorated. I liked the basmati rice The korma was great. The brinji (sp?) rice was great too. I also liked the vegetable noodles. My favorite was the biriyani chicken and rice. The waitress was helpful and friendly.

If you are looking for an Indian buffet, look no further. Tandoori Guys is IT. The food is delicious on its own and even better considering it's a buffet. The food is fresh and made of the highest quality. The chicken at Tandoori Guys is the best. No chicken breasts being used in the food, only chicken legs, thighs and quarters (I think). The result is chicken meat that is soft and moist, not dry like at other buffets. The delicious food completely justify the higher buffet price, which I don't mind at all. What I am about to tell you next has never happened to me before. For a buffet, I usually come in to try a little bit of everything on my first plate then come back for my favorites the second time. After finishing with my first plate I got up to get my second plate. When I came back, my table was cleaned up and there were 2 new customers people sitting in my table. How the heck? So fast? I thought I've lost my mind because I couldn't find my table. Apology was given and they gave me a different table, but it did detract from a perfect dining experience. Took a star off as a result. Could have been more but I love their food too much to do that.

The atmosphere is great, so calming. We had the buffet and they kept it stocked with warm and delicious food! I had never tried Indian food before but after this it is one of my favorites! 10/10 highly recommend

I had a dish that I still crave often. (Not telling!). Nice place and I will try it again.

Our last visit was 2018. Then it was nice to have a new ethnic food option in town. The food wasn't spectacular, even so it was a welcome opportunity for something different. Obviously not enticing enough to make me a regular customer. We were looking to take a break from Mexican food today without having to drive across town. Time for a revisit to Tandoori Guys. I am hardly an expert on Indian food, but I can sort out good from bad. Some of the buffet items weren't great. The stand out for me was the Tandoori chicken, Tikka masala, and the rice dish Biryani. The meat in the Biryani didn't look to great so just the rice for me. It went well with the Tikka masala sauce. Tandoori chicken is pretty hard to screw up. Theirs was moist and flavorful. I tried a little of everything on the buffet. The other offerings were not that great. The Mango pudding was not even close to being pudding. More like mango flavored milk.I will try Tandoori Guys again in about another five years.

While in Tulsa stopped in for lunch. Small, quiet place. Buffet style lunch. The buffet had a variety of Indian dishes to choose from. Everything I tried was very flavorful. A bit disappointed there was no paneer or herbed Naan. To go plates also available. The service was great. My server was very attentive to my table.

The food is delicious friendly services. Try it out the first time it's open till now the food still tastes good. Being as Asian I can vouch it's authentic Indian food. Will Keep going there for Indian food.
