Synergy Motorworks

Took my bike there for service mostly because when I had it serviced at Tulsa Power Sports recently, they kept it for 7 weeks and did not perform some of the necessary work. So I decided to try Synergy. Got it back with all work well done in 2 weeks and most of that was waiting for factory parts. When I got there to pick it up they had detailed it. Runs and looks like new and it's a 2007 model.

I live in Pennsylvania, and have not been to this business in person, but I placed an order over the phone with Ryan for a Royal Enfield Touring Seat (I tried ordering it from my local dealer on March 5th, and they said it was on backorder, and they had no clue when it would come in). Ryan had it in stock, and shipped it to my home, for a price lower than my local dealer, (and I would have had to drive 90 minutes round-trip to go pick it up from my local dealer also, so I saved money, time, and gas/wear & tear on my vehicle). It arrived in three days after ordering . . . BIG THUMBS UP to Synergy Motorsports / Ryan . . . thanks bro' . . . Cheers!!!

There are several places to buy a motorcycle in Tulsa but their really is only one place to go for a great used bike. Synergy has a large selection of uses bikes with low miles at a great price. I've been buying bikes from them for the last 5 years and their service is great and I've never had an issue with one of their bikes. They have fast oil change service and he owner Ryan always goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied.As a bonus they are active in the community and help with charity events.

Best dyno service in the area. Highly recommend. Got my Harley running like a dream.

Bought 2 scooters from this place, one will not stay running. Took it back heard every reason why it didn't need work. Owner, Ryan has issues with trying to bully people with his dirty mouth, told my husband and I to get the f off his property, he wasn't going to work on it. He needs to be shut down as you do not treat people like that. Called us everything you can think of, even told us we couldn't afford his services. Verbal abuse and being attacked, it is a wonder someone hasn't put him in his place. But it is coming, I'm sure.Don't buy from this guy, don't have work done either. From all the bad press in the reviews why would you.

So update finally got through on the phone and found out my tire was there and ready. As the owner started to cuss me out for asking about my tire if it's ready. So went down on lunch as I get off after they close. Soon as I walk in greeted by owner with more nice words. Tells me oh we only accept cash. So got the money came right back to pay. After I give him my money for the tire. Then tells me I need to get out of the store not giving me my tire or my money back. Comes around the counter walking out behind the wall with his gun drawn on me telling me to leave I get nothing. I did not leave tools him give me my money or my tire. After 3 or 4 times cocking his gun on my chest telling me to leave and didn't. Finally called the chips and walked out to wait for them before he shoots me. For coming to pay for my tire. Very odd that you want to take a customers money and wheel pull a gun on them then tell them to leave they are trespassing. To top it off tpd let him go even though I had a video of the encounter and he stated he was recording in the store and his phone was on record also. Yet tpd said not enough evidence and let him walk free. Very strange times we live in friends stay safe and stay away from #synergymotorsports if you don't like guns drawn on you when trying to pick up your gear from them

Update: The next day the owner made contact with me. He apologized for how the employee handled the situation and said he will make it right. He asked me to bring the wheel back so he can see what needed to be done. Turns out the wheel was not able to be repainted, therefore he said he would purchase a new wheel. He ordered the new wheel and called me when it was in. I was impressed with how the owner handled the situation, he was very aplogetic and made it right. I would not hesitate to take more work there.I dropped of my wheel and new tire for mount and balance. When I picked it up the wheel was scratched up. When I asked about it the counter guy said it happens and told me 40.00. Thats right I still had to pay them and now I have to get my wheel powder coated.

Can't believe they charged me 250 bucks for a tire I find readily available on-line for over a hundred bucks less, and then charged another 75.00 bucks on top of that to mount it. Guess I should have looked around a bit but dang one wouldn't think they would raw dawg someone so harshly. Won't return there.

I normally don't do any reviews then I should have read all these before I brought my bike down to synergy it's been over a couple of months supposed to get a Dyno tune and along with some of the other people's comments about Ryan I found him full of excuses and no straight answers at all big talk little do after reading the reviews I really feel lucky just to have it back they stuck it to me several times a guy doesn't doesn't go to a motorcycle shop to listen to people with smart ass comments and stuff like that I would never go back hell I never got to work done that I went there for to begin with

My bikes been there a year and I haven't been allowed to see it. I was lied to many times about cost. My signature forged on contract. Had to get attorney. Stay away. Far away. 0 stars. Someone should go to prison.​
