My wife has been talking about getting some fudge ever since she learned we were going to Eureka Springs. This was one of our first stops when we hit downtown. Sweet's is across the pedestrian bridge over Main St. on the second floor of the old Basin Springs Bath House. An iconic setting.I hate fudge, so I'll take my wifes word that it was spectacular. I did endulge with some other exquisite treats such as the peanut butter / chocolate bark, double stuffed and dipped cookies, milk chocolate bites with seasalt and a bag of chocolate covered espresso beans that kept my energy level up. Great customer service from the lady behind the counter also. A definite return stop for all future Eureka Springs treks.

Hadn't been to Eureka in a few years and was sad to see this place gone from it's longtime location, but then thrilled to see it had relocated just down the street! Over 50 years making the yummiest candy. I came away this time with three fudges: peanut butter chocolate, chocolate mint, Baileys Irish Cream. Yum! Counter lady was super friendly and I enjoyed talking with her about the town's recent business trends.

up in Eureka Springs, this shop is a chocolate lover's dream. I have yet to have anything from this place that was anything less than amazing.

This our 10th trip to this candy store,, my grandchildren feel this is a must, so we come here twice a year for past 8 yrs..Our experience has ALWAYS been so much fun,, great service, great fudge and candy,, UNTIL TODAY,,, it was around 2 - 230 In the afternoon a stopped in after eating lunch at Delhi Cafe,,, the shop was empty of customers, , which we found odd , normallyThe place is packed or busy,, never empty,,, we were in there a few minutes, before a young lady stood up, never spoke just stood there,My granddaughter told her she wanted a chocolate razor back,,, she kept looking and finally she asked in an impatient tone "is that all?""I told her she was still looking, my grandson asked her a price, u could tell she was not happy, so I said never mind,, I told her I wanted a pecan turtle,, and pointed to it,, she looks down, and says white , dark or light? I'm clearly pointing to to milk chocolate,, I sd " milk and I want this one"" she ignored me and grabbed another, I told her I wanted the big one in back,, she threw other on counter reached for mine a slammed the door,, I asked her if it had upset her to get the one I wanted? After all I'm paying for it, she responded with " no, just seldom have such picky customers,, "I just said .. you know what forget it,, I should get what I want if I'm paying for it,,, as we were walking out she sd "what ever""I will NOT return if she is there,, we normally buy $30 or so of fudge for gifts,,, Now we will have to find a new fudge shopSo sad,,, customer service should be very important,, and I really don't know what we did,, having a bad day or just not friendly,,The shop being empty should have been a clue

I am finicky when it comes to fudge. I asked the salesperson for a sample and she abruptly said, "We don't offer samples." I would have offered to pay for a sample but with her attitude, I simply walked out.
