Not sure why the reviews are so low here. The selection is great. Granted, I was on a specific quest for a specific chair that I had very specific visions of.Although I did not find it at Sutherlands, this store came the closest out of the bigger stores in Tulsa. We were greeted upon entry and then left alone to browse. I was VERY surprised about the selection here. Really exceeded my expectations. They had lots of furniture that was unique and interesting. (Read more than brown upholstery or leather.) I would definitely return when I need furniture again (even though I didn't find my exact chair.)

This is the worst place I have been to In this town. As my in-laws walked around to measure furniture, I also walked around to look at furniture. Where I spotted a picture of elephant that I liked. After asking the lady behind the desk " what material is that picture made of "? Her answer was it cost $289. So I decide to bring my family over to see the picture also and after asking what the picture was made of the same answer was told "it cost $289"For any person of color, you know what that means. How sad that I will spend my dollars elsewhere and hope that you do too.

This store has a such wide selection of beautiful furniture!! Their sales guy, Steve, is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Based on my research, Southerlands appears to be the only store in the Tulsa area that stocks Natuzzi furniture. They also provide free design consultations.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered a dining table 3 weeks ago, they said it wouldn't be in until today so I schedule my delivery for today. I clear my schedule so I can be home I wait 30 minutes past my delivery time & call. When I call the lady proceeds to tell me that the table isn't even in stock yet and she doesn't even know why they would schedule delivery for it. So I ask when the table when arrive and she has no clue and can't give me an answer for another 3 days! Now I have to wait who knows how long for the table to come in. Should've just went to Mathis!

I flew in from Orlando to buy my daughter a new dining room table for her first home for her birthday. Upon paying cash for the table we were promised the table in 2 weeks, as it was back ordered. I paid an extra $100.00 delivery charge to drive 2 miles that honestly would of cost me $20.00 to have my daughter go get a Home Depot van to pick it up. "KEVIN" the so called store manager accuses me of signing a paper knowing of the back order for 6 plus weeks but can't seem to produce the paper. He proceeds to call me a thief and hangs up on me 6 times, then blocks me so I have to call from my husband's phone to get corporates number from the nice office manager Ellen, as Kevin tells me he has no number for corporate. Ellen let's me know she's fully aware of the situation and does her best to excuse Kevin's nasty attitude. My money was refunded immediately to my credit card by Kevin because he knows he was wrong. Corporate will be notified of the situation and learn Kevin isn't suitable for a store manager and obviously is in need of some anger management classes. It's a shame, as the store has suitable furniture on a "small town" level compared to Orlando's quality to have such poor customer service. I'm flying back at Christmas and I'm looking forward to meeting Kevin face to face so he can apologize in person for calling me a thief. "KEVIN" needs a lesson in customer service. Once again Mathis Brothers got my business as they deliver on what's promisined. My daughter went today and picked out a new table and is happier with it anyway.
