Superior Lawn

This has been the worst company to work with. We bought our home at the end of June and needed lawn services, mowing and weed control. They were great to work with in the beginning however the last few weeks have been awful. They did a treatment on our yard and the next day our whole backyard was burnt to a crisp. We tried talking to them about the issue but blamed all of the issues on us and now our lawn is completely dead and they will do nothing to help and we have been waiting for a phone call from the owner but have heard nothing back. Worst customer service.

I have used Superior lawn for over 19 years and am truly the most satisfied customer. Dusty, Abel and crew are simply outstanding, and do a fantastic job. They attend to all ares of my landscaping and yard. I have 4 acres and it always looks sensational. The crew rarely changes so I am well acquainted with the entire team. They take care not to let my dogs out of their area. If I ever have an urgent need, Abel or Dusty resolve issue extremely fast. HIGH RECOMMEND

I have been with Superior Lawn for almost 7 months. I started noticing my grass turning brown and I thought that a treatment they had done a week before was the cause. I called and they sent their guy out to look at the yard. It wasn't turning brown because of the treatment it was from army worms. The technician said the army worms are hard to see when they are younger but can cause a lot of damage. He treated my lawn for the worms so now we will wait to see if it helps my grass.

Never showed up for bid appointment then charged for work they never did. I have NEVER meet any employee of Superior and they send me crazy invoices. When I confronted them about their fraudulent charges, they immediately reduced their astronomical amount. I rather give all the money to an attorney and defend this then allow this company to profit. I will gladly post all letters I have received from this company to show this companies' horrible and fraudulent practices.

Terrrible terrible terrible! Dont waste your time or money! We have more weeds than grass. When we started having problems with the yard we call. After 3 calls and NO return calls, I started looking for someone else. Then when I contacted then to stop service I also did not get a return call and had to email my request in!
