we bought a sectional from them paid in full they said we don't have that in store but we can order it and it will be here the 31st so we agreed taking their word for it and the 31st came and gone with no contact from them and they do not answer or return our calls so l go up there not once but 3 times once per week I am polite and try to be understanding but then they tell us it will be the 29 th of this month. we wanted to cancel because they just keep giving us the run around and they say there is nothing they can do they won't put us in contact with the manager because the manager talks to them and they relay what is said to us. DONT DO IT!! Go somewhere else with integrity and decency, because there is none to be found at sunshine furniture in Tulsa! oh you can get it for the same price anywhere else and not have the headache that you get here! We understand that things happen and that things may not show up when the expected it, however the do not even have the respect or decency or courtesy to pick up a phone and call us instead they don't answer or return calls so we have to make time, and the gas to go to the store, to get lied to once again. Update; well I changed the stars I gave because 1 man has so far kept his word since my husband spoke with him (again we had to go there) and he read this review! He has called when he said he would and as of now the furniture is supposed to be here Thursday so I will update again after that.Update we received the furniture Thursday as we were told we would. We heard from sunshine furniture more in the past week since I wrote this review then we did during the entire time we were dealing with them. Now that we got this ordeal behind us we will NOT be shopping there again! It is not an experience that I want to ever have again. So let me tell you if you decide after reading this that you are going to disregard my warning, make sure what you buy is in stock at the moment you buy it because the costumer service is nonexistent and I have no doubt that this is not the 1st time they had disregarded a customer, with no repercussions nor will it be the last!

Amy BrownDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I purchased $3000 worth of furniture and half of if was delivered damaged. The delivery guys are not professional! They scratched my flooring by dragging my old furniture across it. After dealing with that i then noticed that my chair had a huge rip in the arm of it. When you go to sit on it, either the springs or wood is already making a worn out noise and is already sinking in the middle as if it had been used for years... After calling everyday to get no response, I then had to drive an hour away just to go into the store in hopes to speak with management. After doing this multiple times within now going on three weeks, on top of calls that were never answered or returned. I'm now told that they don't have management in the building at all. Finally an employee TEXT some kind of management to only get a reply back that they will order the parts to fix what was supposed to had been a brand new thousand dollar chair.(That still hasn't been resolved). I have spent thousands of dollars with this company throughout the years. And I can honestly say this place has become an absolute dump. What kind of company runs a business with no management in the building to be able to know whats going on and to help with situations like this. The only way employees can get ahold of them is to text them. Nobody knows anything that's going on around there. All they do is walk around in circles and blow smoke up your ass. I also have pics to prove it all.. So buyer beware!! My attorney will be in contact with this company.

The worse furniture store in Tulsa! They delivered the furniture damage. I told them I didn't want damaged furniture. They took it back and tried to patch it and redeliver it. Looked worse than ever.wanted my money back. Would not give it back. DONT BUY AT SUNSHINE FURNITURE!

DO NOT SHOP AT SUNSHINE FURNITURE!!! My daughter purchased thousands of dollars worth of items months ago. Still has not received them. She has called multiple times and we have both gone up there to ask about them. THEY DO NOT CARE! THEY GOT THE MONEY AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS!No one returns calls! We have been lied to mulitple times about when the furniture will arrive. HORRIBLE ! THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE!

I don't recommend buying from this company. They took our money, lied to us about when our furniture would be in. We were told 3-4 weeks. Then we were told they were made waitng to be shipped from Kansas. Now we being told later in February. Nobody will give the owners name. everyone claims to be the store manager. They scammed my elderly mother & still are lying to her & have been paid for the furniture. My mom drove a hour from where she lived to buy from them.

I wish I could leave NO STAR for this business. They had my $ for 97 days without delivering some furniture that I paid for. I made 4 personal trips into the store over a 2 month period just to get answers because they wouldn't return voicemails I left. Never got a live person when I called 2 dozen different times. Promised delivery by Thanksgiving, that date passed. Promised delivery by Christmas, that date passed. Mid January 2025 they said my furniture was on a truck that had just arrived and we set up a delivery date. That date passed, no phone call or communication from the store. Finally decided to demand a refund. Back to the store, now another problem, new credit card processing equipment. They had to figure out how to issue refund. That took 3 days and another personal trip into the store to make it happen. You will regret doing business with them. POOR customer service - I don't know how they manage to keep their doors open

I just wanted to let everyone know will never do business with Sunshine Furniture and will do all I can to make sure as many of the good residents of Tulsa do not give you any of their business. We bought a mattress from Sunshine Furniture with the agreement that you would take our old mattress on delivery of the new one. First they bought us the wrong mattress and then when they got us the right one they refused to take our old mattress. The sales person and cashier out right lied to us. This is unforgivable for a business to do!!!! I am going to contact all of the news agencies and write as many reviews as I can to make sure your our good residents of Tulsa do not shop at Sunshine Furniture. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!!

My wife and I, showed up approximately 11:30 on a Saturday, to buy a couch. After entering the store, we were greeted by a sales rep. who asked if we needed any help. I told him specifically that we needed a couch with no cup holders and no reclining mechanism. Basic but soft. He said "they're not made like that anymore," I said "Yes, they still make couches like they always have and if we can't find something we like, we wont waste your time." We'll go somewhere else. As he turned and walked off, my wife and I spend at least 10 maybe 15 mins. wondering around sitting on various couches. Then, two gentlemen show up with an angry look in their eye's, then I notice a middle aged woman maybe late 50's early 60's , with dirty blonde hair, standing with them and she looks at me and say's, " If you're going to call our furniture SH!TTY, leave now! " I claimed we never said this at all. With no hesitation and not a single common since left in her she said leave now! We did. They don't care about the real story, their sales rep. was so butt hurt and DEI trained he ran to his manager and made up a whole new narrative and completely lied. Actions speak louder than words, check the camera. And why would we be looking to buy SH!TTY furniture? I just threw away my old furniture, that's why we're here! Sunshine Furniture DEI Inc., located at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa, OK has the worst DEI manager, DEI sales reps. and staff I have ever seen. Ended up spending over $1,000 at Furniture Row with Charles because he built repour, asked all the right questions and didn't lie. Thanks DEI. Feelings matter.

Frustration: A local business, Sunshine Furniture, has created a horrible situation for us. We tried to straighten it with them, but were constantly sent to voice mail or told they would give a message to someone when we went there in person. We have a zero gravity frame and due to my health and my husband's desire for me to hurt less, we decided to purchase to twin xl mattresses instead of the full sized king we had. I need something that will not press on my pressure points, but won't completely give way. We asked our salesman, we had purchased a Flexsteel recliner the same night, to show us some mattresses. Out of all the mattresses there, he showed us two Sertas. One he had, which he highly recommended, which was medium to firm, and the other was a more fluffy and soft mattress. I could not even handle laying down on the firm mattress. It hurt. So, we agreed to purchase the more fluffy mattress. He filled out all the paperwork (I just filled out our address and phone numbers) and had my husband sign. He said the mattresses were in the warehouse and we would likely have them no later than Saturday. (We were in there on Tuesday.) My husband had second thoughts when they did not arrive until Saturday and tried to cancel them on Monday. He was told he could under no circumstances cancel the order because it was a special order. We were NEVER told this when we agreed to purchase the mattresses. He was also told that it would be likely after New Years that we would get delivery. We were furious because there were two things we were not told, but decided that we couldn't change the situation. On Friday or Saturday, before Christmas...I forget which, we took delivery of the mattresses. My husband signed that delivery was good; they hauled away our old mattress. He was not given a receipt.I had purchased appropriate bedding for the mattresses and we set them up. We slept on them that night and we both felt that they were a little firm. We called the store and they told us that there was typically a break in period. I asked my husband if there were any tags that were on the mattresses, like a brochure type thing or maybe an instructional card. There was not. Eventually, we moved the mattresses around and found the product number, which I searched on the Internet. It was NOT the order that we had made. It was the medium to firm mattresses.We contacted Sunshine and again we were told that they would not accept a return or replace because they were a special order. My daughter and I went up to the store and asked to speak to our sales guy. He was on a two week vacation and was not available. We have tried adding a memory foam type of thing on top of the mattress and it does not really help at all. It actually makes it way too big for the sheets and they won't stay on. We have previously purchased living room furniture and I must say to be honest it was not the quality that they said it was. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company because of their shady dealings. If you do, make sure you thoroughly research it and make them lift the mattress to check the product numbers. Never in a million years would I have thought you would have to do this. Sincerely in so much pain every morning.
