GOAT breakfast! Forget stopping in OK City for road trip breakfast. Beeline to Shawnee instead, worth the 10 min detour off I-40. OMG fluffy flakey buttermilk biscuits, savory sausage with white pepper gravy, double-sided Krispy hash browns, moist omelette loaded with fresh shrooms, peppers, jalapeños, onions, cheddar! Best coffee since we left Oakland, California! Great staff, family run! Sometimes you have to find a southern style kitchen, run by 2 Viet refugee teen lovers that landed in OK 35 years ago for a greatest of all time meal. You gotta hear Le and Gary Do's story. Proud American Patriots! Met the town Commissioner too - Rush - the friendliest people live in Shawnee!

Service was friendly and quick, food (Chile cheese omelette with homemade cinnamon raisin toast) was excellent and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a small town diner: perfect. Will be making this place a routine stop! Coffee was great,

10/10 local spot for home cooked breakfast!Been here many years and same owners and cooks!French toast is amazing on home made bread! Wait staff are friendly and have been here long time as well! Everyone knows ya and your order when you're a regular! It gets full and stays packed! Get In where you fit in! Eggs are always fresh and sunny side up! Anything on the menu is worth a try and delicious as well!

Stopped for a traveling breakfast. Super service! Good omelet- good potatoes- home made bread for toast- fantastic.

We had a nice stop here for some local breakfast and we enjoyed the food, friendly wait staff, and southern atmosphere. Good to know this place is here and we will visit it next time we are in town.

Wait staff was wonderful and patient. The food was as good as being at grandmas, and the price was well under the normal cost for today, just under $30 with the tip. Great place for a late brunch and easy to find with ample parking. Best part city park across the street for the kids after done eating.

Amazing breakfast! Food tastes very good. Love the vibe here and friendly staff. Whenever I visit Shawnee, this is my go to. The downside is when it closes, at 2pm, as I can come too late and don't get a chance to eat here.

Breakfast is fantastic... Service is outstanding.... they make this wonderful homemade bread. And you can have your French toast made with it. Awesome!! Love this place!!
