We started getting our office supplies from Sundance Office over a year after Mr Condry personally dropped in to visit our office. Our account rep, Michelle, takes such good care of us. If I have a question about anything I can email or call Michelle and get an answer immediately. In addition to the already low prices they offered us, she also looks out for specials, rebates, etc. which is great because I just don't have time to pay attention to those details and if something turns out to be on back order status (which does not happen often) she will call me up and explain the situation and offer a solution. Our normal delivery man, James, is fantastic. We have a couple of different places we keep supplies...paper goes in one place, the rest goes in another. He always remembers what goes where and is super friendly. They give a personal quality to their service and I could not be happier.
