If I could give no stars I would. No one in line, place empty and it still took the girl 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches..... go to a different subway

So friendly and welcoming!! I've never had the option to tip before, and I appreciate that! The girls at this subway were excellent, they let me know about a new mayo, which I love!!! I also hate trying new things and the girl let me sample first, which was awesome!! All the subways should be like this one!!!

this subway has the rudest manager. I came in to pick up my online order and I needed to add 1 drink because I forgot to add it online. there was 2 people in line so I went ahead and waited in the back. I was standing there for about 10 mins and the line hadn't moved so I asked the worker that was standing at the register while the other worker was making the sandwiches, if he could ring me up 1 cookie and 1 drink, or if I needed to wait for the worker (making a sandwich) to finish. He said "nope. you can wait in line." and then gave me the BIGGEST smirk. like I had no issue with waiting in line, but don't think he should has spoke to me in that tone. He could have been much nicer, especially being a manager. I will happily drive the extra 10 mins to get my food at a different subway!

Not really impressed with the service. Neither employee really put forth a lot of effort. I obviously wanted a toasted order, if not I would have just made a cold cut at home. I was never given the option of having it toasted and when I inquired, I was told it was too late. It's really not that big of a deal however the customer in front of us also was unhappy with their service as well.

I like the sandwiches but they have signs about pizza - I think it is deceptive advertising because it seems like there is a pizza place next to the Subway when in fact they are merely selling pizza inside of the Subway sandwich store - I have not tried their pizza yet. I think it will throw people off into thinking there is a pizza place but there isn't.

My buddy and I came into the store with a rather large request consisting of an entire catering platter within 20 minutes in order to get it to a wedding. They took the challenge head on and successfully completed the task all while helping other customers and dealing with a woman that more than likely hates her life.

The service wasn't good at all. Looks like the employee hated his job. Basically only words that came out his mouth were "what do you want?" And the total amount due!$On the plus size the Food was good and The restaurant was clean!

There are literally multiple reviews from different people about the same disrespectful guy making the sandwiches in Lowell. Customer service is non-existent and God-forbid you ask how their day is. I probably forgot I asked how the guy's day was, when I asked he told me we already went over this when I first got there. Astonished with the judgement and horrible attitude, I asked if he was okay. I even asked if it was something I did unknowingly, he responds with did you? I responded with I don't know you tell me since you seem to have such a shit attitude with me, he tries to play victim, it's freaking ridiculous. It's crazy you can't contact customer service either unless you have a store number from a receipt if they give you one.

Service was great and never got any rude or annoyed looks nice a calm place would go again

Love coming to this location. It is always very clean and the girls are very pleasant. Amanda is always smiling and ready to get you what you want. This location is very spacious than any other subway location, it does get pretty busy during the lunch rush but they are fast at checking ppl out.
