AAA called Storey out to recover our bus/RV in the middle of a street in Tulsa. Got the 2 hours after call when they said would be there in 90 minutes. Guy hooks up and then can't figure it out, but worse doesn't know that he doesn't know. Took him 2 hours to hook up and look around the bus to try to figure it out, but he never did. Actually asks me "how partial are you to that wheel cover" because his solution is to tear the cover and beauty ring off of the bus. I almost asked him if he was partial to his front windshield. What a dufus. Also didn't have the tools to take off the nuts on the wheel. I finally insisted he call someone who could take care of it. After that and another call to AAA waiting for a big rig to come get it. Now we have been waiting another hour and 40 minutes. Started the initial call with AAA at 7. Storey involved at 8. Now it's 1:35 am and no brain trust here to recover the bus yet.

Accused my mother of storing her car at their facility for 5 years at $18 a day. When she only just bought the car used from a private owner less than a year ago. They claimed it was an "abandoned" vehicle they "towed" and "stored" for 5 years and that somehow my mother owes them over $30,000. These people only have terrible reviews from every other customer they've victimized. This company is complete filth and utter garbage. Somebody ought to tow this company off to the dump. They aren't worth anything. Please do not ever call this company for any reason and make sure you don't park anywhere that they could consider your car abandoned because other people have complained that they've randomly towed their cars away and then charged outrageous fees upwards of $1,000 to get them back and that this company stole everything out of their cars during their possession of it. And it's obvious they continue to rip off and steal from innocent people. Total slime buckets and utterly evil company. It's disgusting what they are claiming against my 67 year old mother. Utterly worthless.

Never again calling this tow company. Was told arrival time would be around 30-45 MINUTES before a tow could get to me, 4 and a half hours later, the tow truck hasn't arrived. I have called 2 more times and they still told me it would be 20-30 more minutes, then I was told the tow order wasn't in the computer at all. After more calls, the "manager" Chad, was extremely rude and said I was demanding a free ride. Such a rude and unprofessional company. DO NOT USE!!!

Shady company. Towed my car on the 3rd of July from a lot off of Peoria behind The Brook restaurant. They claimed that the President of The Brook Holdings Company (by name) was the person who called this in. Really! What is the worst part of this is that we did go to the Brook and had a drink so we were customers...which means my car was towed for absolutely no reason. We happen to leave the Brook to go to my car and a wrecker (some other company) is in my spot coincidentally...also very suspicious. The driver of this truck said he saw it getting towed and said we should check with The Yoga Room...they have denied it. The management at The Brook denies it. I am convenience that Storey flat out stole my car and charged me for it. It was 3 hours of my life and $200.

Got into a crash. the police called Storey Wreckers. The weather was snowy and cold. We waited about 30 mins for the guy to get here. He got there, looked at me as I walked out of the car, then without a single nod or greeting, went to get my car up. After that he asked me where I want it. He sounded pissed off at me...Was he pissed off because i had gotten into an accident and was hurt? He followed me to my house, where i had requested my totaled car to go. then he got out of the car and said i owe him $178. i asked what was involved in the charge. he simply said that i need to pay him $178 in a louder voice. At this point, i was confused as to what i was doing wrong...Knowing nothing about where the best place to put it, i asked for his opinion. he simply ignored me. After another 15 mins of glaring and questioning me, he unloaded my car and drove off...If Storey Wrecker is supposed to be "professional", I saw absolutely none that day as i stood dazed from my wreck. They hire pissed off, motorcycle gang type drivers (this driver's name was Doug Mix) that treated you like shit. On their website, they said they had over 30 yrs of experience, towed over a million cars, / had extensive knowledge to help you in any towing needs. Called their office about this matter and was put on hold as soon as they hear what i was calling about...hmm, great technique to deal with complaints huh? Just simply put them on hold for 30 mins and they'll leave!!I saw absolutely no professionalism that day. Nada. Never again will I request or recommend Storey Wrecker Inc. to anyone.

DO NOT USE STOREY WRECKER! They moved my truck and stole the keys to my home and my sons apartment.I had them move my truck off of the street where it was involved in an accident. They told me that the police had told them to move it, which I found out was a lie. I handed the wrecker driver my keys, which also had the keys to my home and my son's apartment along with other keys. The wrecker driver moved my truck off the street and placed it in a parking lot. I asked for my keys back and HE REFUSED. I told him that I would pay him but he wanted a longer tow. We were about to go to fists. I had to get the police involved. Seems like the police and Storey Wrecker are buddies. We almost went to fists. I wish that I had made a citizens arrest for theft. I worked with the police. Their basic answer, as always, is to go downtown and fill out a report.I wish this dishonest company would go bankrupt and never show its face again!

We had a vehicle stolen from the service drive at an auto dealership. It was driven a short way and abandoned. Story Wrecker had our vehicle for 30 days, racking up fees. When we got our car back, they had taken everything we owned out of it. We know it had to be Storey, because the person who stole the car was on foot. I don't know if they still have a contract with the city, but this business is predatory in every way. Rude, "dirty" looking employees. After reading some of these other reviews, I felt it incumbent upon me to add my experience.
