I called Stems because I needed a florist for my wedding reception. I probably called about a month ahead maybe 5 weeks. They were friendly helpful and easy to work with. They helped me decide what to use and the price was actually extremely reasonable for a Utica Square shop. The women that work in there sat down with me and helped me decide on what would work best. They gave me 3 different price point options. So if I was on a tight budget I could still get what I wanted or if I wanted to just have the most flowers and spend more, I could do that too. The centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. And the flowers I used for the boxwood was about 8.5 /10 for what I was thinking. No matter what the customer service and the way they worked w me on payments and delivery made all the difference. Over all great experience. While I must commend the flower shop on creating a breathtakingly beautiful flower arrangement that managed to impress and delight me, it's unfortunate that the blooms didn't quite have the longevity to match their beauty, specially after a short 4 days!As Oscar Wilde once said, "A flower blossoms for its own joy," but it's even better when it can bring joy to others for more than just a fleeting moment. Perhaps the shop could consider offering longer-lasting floral options, or providing tips on how to keep the blooms fresh for as long as possible. Maybe there is a tip I don't know about, past keeping the water, fresh and clear.After all, a gesture of love and admiration should be something to cherish and enjoy for more than just a few short days, specially with such a large price tag attached!!

Customer service here was horrible. They were rude, entitled and lazy. They also did not have basic flowers in their shop like hydrangeas and roses. Good luck. They are going to need it.

Sweet local shop in Utica Square with one of the most ultimate shop dogs on the planet? Count me in x's 1,000,000! I ran in to get some balloons filled for an event. There aren't too many places in town that have helium and get assist you instantly so I was thankful for the ease of completing this task!Walking in, my mister baby and I were greeted by a pink (maybe 5 pound) dog! The sweet pup was pink in honor of breast cancer awareness. This hits home for me and seeing these gestures of hope and awareness give me so much joy. There are pre-made arrangements and gifts to grab in the store and special orders can also be made. Can't wait to bop in again to play with the pink pup and have an excuse to get some flowers.

I had an arrangement delivered to a friend and gave Stems the wrong address. Not only did they deliver it to the correct address, they were really sweet about my mistake. The flowers were beautiful. I'll be using them again in the future!

This is the most darling floral shop with the friendliest staff. I work for someone who entertains often and Stems is always quick to meet every single one of my needs. They've even completed large arrangements for me last minute without complaint. They're also great at packing well for your transport.... they're just hardworking people that think of everything! Tulsa is lucky to have a store like Stems!

I have called Stems on multiple occasions to send flowers for last minute events. I give them my budget and the event, and they make an appropriate, beautiful, unique arrangement. They have a website with occasional specials that are hard to pass up. Hopefully the next time I'm in Tulsa I can actually stop into their store!
