So let me start by saying I have heard lot of good things about this place. So we were excited to try it. The pizza was OK (Nothing great). The server was friendly and tried her best. But where the bad was in the kitchen, we ordered an appetizer breadsticks and our food a pizza, nacho, sandwich and an ultimate nacho. We waited probably 30-35 minutes on the breadsticks and had to get up and ask about them. They said they were finishing them up. It wasn't two minutes after we got the breadsticks that most of our food arrived. The ones who received our food finished eating and we still did not have our ultimate nachos and so once again, I got up and went and asked and once again, they said they were finishing them up. I think it is a little ridiculous that you cannot get the food out in a timely matter. I will not be returning.

The food is tasty but I think it's overpriced for what you get. Seems to me they built a reputation and now you just pay for the name. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty great, I just think the prices are a bit steep.

We are from Oklahoma and were recently in fort smith visiting our son .We ordered for pickup --the Mediterranean and the Hawaiian--hands down the best pizza we've ever tasted--even with pick up the pizza was wonderful!! even the few slices that were leftovers the next day were still amazing !! I had never tried ranch dressing on pizza ( and they make it themselves)so I tried it on the Hawaiian and it was amazing !! I like to make pizza at home but now I am forever ruined -until we come back through fort smith or Steffey shares their secrets

Food was 4.5 stars. Very good product with only a few suggestions for 5 stars. Crust could be a little thicker to provide a little more chew. Hamburger pizza could use a little more meat and cheese. Still really good! Service was sufficient with quick turn arounds. (4.75 stars). Ambiance wasn't anything special, but ok overall with pizza and local flare. Few suggestions would be little more comfortable seating, condiments on the tables, and add a little light music in the background. (3.5 stars)

Always tastes great! On my last visit I was mistakenly overcharged on a tip. They were great in correcting the mistake. Not only did they refund my money, they also sent a nice note and gift card. The pizza and the people are top notch. I'm so glad we discovered this place when my husband worked out at the 188 range.
