Staxx Smoke and Gift Shop

Tonight at 10/1/2024 at about 8pm we came into the store. The first man we encountered with the dreadlocks was very nice & helpful! BUT the Lady at the register with the brown hair in a ponytail, was actually EXTREMELY rude! I saw that they were doing a deal on their incense which was 15 for $3, & I accidentally grabbed 13 instead of the 15 & I went to the counter & said "that's so awesome you guys are doing 13 for $3" & she looked at me with the rudest, ugliest face & said "uh it's 15" while staring me down & talking to me like I was stupid. Very poor customer service! The staff also stared me and my boyfriend down the entire time as if we were going to steal stuff when really we spent almost $100! Very much felt so Un-easy & just embarrassed from that whole experience! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! & will not be coming back there JUST because of that rude lady! Management DO BETTER! We had a GREAT experience UNTIL encountering her!!

The team at Staxx on 51st/Memorial are so amazing!!! I am a novice to vaping, and to medical marijuana for chronic pain management. Tucker and Juju were extremely knowledgeable, but what is most important, is that they shared their knowledge and experiences with this novice, w/o Reservation, condescension, or judgment. They stayed under my budget by selling me, & teaching me everything about a system that is amazing! I've been to a bunch of these stores &NOBODY ELSE COMPARES TO THIS TEAM!

the employees were very friendly, attentive, helpful, etc. i've been told about this place for a minute, it's been long overdue. they have everything you can think of & ask for at reasonable prices. for those who are big on wraps/sticks, this should definitely be your go-to place.it's behind the wal-greens on memorial & 51st, it could be easy to miss depending where you're coming from. they stay open till 9pm (same hours as the mall) so catch them as the sun goes down.

Terrible customer service. Overpriced on most things. My husband went in and was about to purchase an item that said $75 with several like it behind that one w the price $75 and they didn't want to honor it. Said it should be $100. And they were very rude. They must be doing good business to not need to treat people well and honor their prices. Went down the road to glassworx and got a much better item for 78. It's unfortunate because a few months ago a different guy was there that was super friendly.

I bought a Dolphin e cigarette I had it 2 days. I was driving down the road with my family my niece said it was on fire she grabbed it and the liquid burned her hand. We went to Staxx and spoke with the manager who was a snatch unempathetic and a down right disgusting business woman.. She offered no apologie and cared less. If it would have been 5 minutes later we would have been swimming and the truck would have been engulfed in flames.

They do not back their products. We spent $200 on new mods, my husbands stopped working and mine had very bad performance within the first 24 hours. They would not exchange them or give us a refund. Very disappointed will never go back

Staff was very educated about their inventory, they were patient and helped us make just the right selection.

Well that was 5 years ago... now I go to the Staxx in Bixby and they are fabulous!! Friendly, knowledgeable and I enjoy going every time!

The staff are always so kind and so helpful I really appreciate her attitude and she basically made my day I'm sorry I didn't get the name. Anywho every time I come in they are so wonderful and the products are always great anything from glass, to wraps, to vapes with really reasonable prices. Make sure you fkn tip these amazing workers !!

Staxx comes equipped with a dope vibe, great prices, and even more impressive employees. They're knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. Most things smoke related... You need it, they got it
