I just had the best experience at Star Jewelers on Main St in BA. The staff was warm, extremely knowledgeable, and I will do all my future jewelry business with them. I had several pieces of family jewelry that needed minor repairs. I also brought in a broach that I wanted to turn into a ring. And I also purchased a ring from their display. Quality people and quality products. Very very happy I found them.

I have a long history with Star Jewelers. When I was in high school my mother took some of our old, broken family jewelry to Star Jewelers to have it remade into something that symbolized my new start in the world. She consulted with their on site jeweler, and had a beautiful custom ring designed just for me. It was amazing to have her style, and my style reflected in a beautiful piece of jewelry art.Six years later my husband-to-be found my wedding set at Star Jewelers. Dayna, the owner really listened to his description of me, and helped him pick out the perfect ring. It was simple and elegant, and completely reflected my style. Over the years I have come to view the team at Star Jewelers as friends who have shared in many of my life milestones!I always count on Star for regular cleaning and maintenance of my jewelry, and my dad still takes his watches in when he needs repairs done. They have a great selection of everyday jewelry pieces. I have my eye set on a gorgeous garnet set inside a ring of tiny dazzling diamonds. I can't say enough about the people at Star Jewelers. They are priced competitively, but more than that, they are partners in your jewelry journey. I know it sounds a bit silly, but jewelry is beautiful, personal, and a valuable investment. It makes sense to have a good value AND consultative support.

wife went to get some links out of 2 watches and a battery for 1 watch. girl at the counter was very rude even rolled her eyes at my wife. The guy at the counter was equally rude. This is the second time we've been there with the same rude service. supposed to be high end store with low end service. Will never go there again.. 3x the price of Tulsa Time.

Disappointed. Took my ring in back in May to have a gem repaired. Salesperson suggested a replacement which I agreed. Six months later the stone has fallen out and is missing. Paid 200.00. I have a lot of jewelry and thought I would give them a try to support local small businesses. I have had many rings repaired and gems replaced and have never had a gem fall out six months later. They basically said too bad. Moodys did a gem replacement for me in a ring three years ago, no issues. Even if they did help, if the life expectancy of a replacement or repair is 6 months, I'm out. There was no mention of a six month warranty and no warranty info on my receipt. Disappointed, won't return. Not even willing to split or help in anyway.

Simply the best jeweler in town (and out of town!). Their customer service is amazing. They will find you exactly what you are looking for, and if you have something very specific in mind, they will make it for you. Without hesitation, I recommend Star Jewelers as I have been coming here for over 30 years!
