After having our family car, a Dodge Durango there for two months (July and August) and paying $5,500 for repairs in September, I now have my car sitting in my driveway I cannot drive because it still needs repair!! We picked it up and had it a day and heard knocking coming from the engine upon getting out and running errands so we stopped by and waited for it to have yet another diagnosis, now it needs another $6,000 worth of repair because they could not diagnose it correctly the first go around, basically a new engine which would have cost nearly the same as the heads we paid for?! It's absolutely unacceptable. We have three children to get to school, appointments, therapy and work. Which I have not been able to do in months, our youngest daughter who is a wheelchair user has not been able to go and take her wheels anywhere since my broken SUV is the only car that fits her wheelchair in it. You've taken an entire families way of life with your missed diagnosis. Thousands of dollars is not pocket change in today's economy and for most families. My husband worked tirelessly for two months, making overtime to pay for those repairs that was said would repair my vehicle and it did not! The owner needs to call or answer our email and resolve this situation as we feel like we have been wronged. If it needed a new engine we should have been quoted a new engine in the FIRST place, not after we get the heads repaired and paid for! We used to have trust in your business but to say least we are very disappointed and angry at the outcome of things. We feel the tech is at 100% at fault. Our engine blocks did not go out upon picking up our vehicle after repairs and driving it home a few miles down the road. That issue should have been addressed and put on the quote in July! We paid for what you said would fix our car and still don't have a car that runs without problems!

Well I had a radiator flush and fill and they quoted one price then after the service the price went up. So the guy says I'll get a free car detail or oil change if I leave a good review. So I went in today due to my exhaust manifold being broke at 37k miles very disappointing probably done with Ram altogether since this is an ongoing problem with their trucks and they won't fix it! and to get a factory recall on some module fixed. I mentioned getting my truck detailed. Well not only did they want almost $900 to replace an exhaust manifold but I did not get my detail either. Good bye south point I won't be back.

Our vehicle has been at the service department for several weeks and have made zero progress on this issue. Stellantis blames dealer, dealer blames Stellantis, meanwhile, we are stuck with a lemon that has a parking brake issue which doesn't create an "error code", therefore, doesn't exist except in our own minds apparently. Interestingly, Jeep was under investigation for a parking break issue in 2022 for EPB brakes that activated while driving after they received 80 complaints. Meanwhile, I've been following the news of Stellantis which has become an utter train wreck. Auto union wants CEO to step down due to plant closures. The company is the only auto company who has yet to recover from COVID lockdowns and continues to lose money. The CEO admitted they have at least two factories turning out problematic products. The great grandson of Chrysler wrote and open letter blaming Stellantis for basically ruining an American brand. Dealers are stuck with bloated inventory they can't sell and Stellantis won't by back, which launched a law suit in NC.Buyer beware! Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler are not in good shape right now. Had I known this I would have avoided these brands altogether.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. Service department is a giant mess that they mask with one kind voice. Shadee sales manager is nice but has yet to replace or fix any of the existing issues I have on my truck from date of purchase. I've owned the truck 6 weeks and have maybe driven it two. They have zero interest in making this purchase right or fixing my truck to the standard they sold me at.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment for a full synthetic oil change. it took over 4 hours for an oil change that should take less than an hour when an appointment is scheduled. Upon receiving my paperwork I realized I received a standard oil change and not the services I requested. I was bothered by this but didn't say anything as I was charged the lesser price and after 4 hours I didn't have time to wait around for the services I requested. After leaving I received a call that the tech didnt not put my wheel lock back in my truck so I had to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. At this time I brought my concerns to my advisor Chris and he completely blew them off and just told me to have a good day. With service like that I will not be going back or buying another vehicle from this dealership. I can't recommend them to anyone else either.
