Soup Soup

We got behind this evening and decided to do take out. Soup soup on North Western Ave, was selected as the destination. Soup soup is chock-full of made on site gourmet dishes. Soups, salads, casseroles, pastas, breads, desserts, quiches, cookies, pies, sandwiches. The list seemed endless. We selected the chicken tortilla soup, the fall harvest soup, the green chili chicken enchilada soup, a German chocolate cake, and an orange rosemary bread. Everyone raved about the soups. There was no clear-cut winner. The vote was split on these excellent soups. A huge thumbs up on the German chocolate cake. The orange rosemary bread got high marks. If you're ever stuck with no time for cooking and want a meal with that homemade touch. We highly recommend Soup soup.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After reading the reviews I was interested in trying this place out. I've been there a few times and each time I've been subjected to unfriendly and unpleasant staff. They act like it's a chore and beneath them to help you select your items from their closed food cases. You constantly have to ask for assistance. Then deal with the eye rolls and attitudes. The food is too overpriced and mediocre to have bad service.

Soup Soup is still rocking it, and if you have not discovered how they can be useful to you then you just have not heard of them. You really don't need to make it here before you call in an order for your next event or personal fulfillment, but making it in can be a pleasure to the sensesUpon entry you will be whelmed with visual and aromatic goodness, and understandably overwhelmed with the desire to eat all of the things. If you are lucky then you'll come on a day where there are samples of items available, but the post-covid world has changed this dramatically, so again you'll be lucky to catch this treatSeriously they make everything in the food world. It is like you're walking in to a chef's private space where they have cutting boards full of produce and meats being prepped for dishes, floured surfaces where doughs are being kneaded for pastries and breads etc, large and small appliances being used to mix the magical flavors used in the recipesBe careful of the strawberry cake; you'll want to be around someone when you try it because you may need to be resuscitated when you realize how poor your strawberry cake decisions have been throughout your life up to that point

They don't have any vegetarian soup. the guy I asked for soup was sure and it felt like he didn't want to help.

The chicken pot pie I had needs family intervention. Very little chicken. However, the most stressing concern I had was the overwhelming saltiness. Monitoring my high BP per my cardiologist. On the plus side, the deserts I have purchased were very good!

Loved the spot and how quaint it is. So many homemade options to choose from. I got chicken tortilla soup, for me it had far too many beans and not near enough broth. But I love broth and not such a hearty bowl. Flavor is great though. I wish had tried the sandwiches. Did taste the Alfredo bow ties and that was fantastic. Definitely will go again.

I just got out of the hospital and will be on a full liquid diet for a week or more. They have soup, but also entrees, salads, sandwiches and desserts... this can be a "one stop" for friends who don't have time to make food but want to bring dinner by,

Food is good but way overpriced. Purchased several items. Potato soup was very good. Shepard's Pie was ok but portions were very small, especially for the price.

Great tasting prepared to go foods. Love the cookies as well! Haven't tried catering but definitely will do!

The quiche wasn't completely set in the center but the flavor was good. The pecan sandies were some of the best anywhere
