At first glance, this penthouse floor restaurant at the Brut Hotel looks clean and pleasant, but once you sit down, the fun has just begun. Service is top-notch. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable. Their cocktails are delightful, especially the LAVENDER KISS with dry gin, lemon, cinnamon orange agave and lavender. The Blackberry Garden is good too, but the Lavender Kiss is the best thing ever. Even my friends who aren't gin drinkers loved it. My friends enjoyed amazing breakfasts, but I chose the grilled cheese with fontina and bacon, which was wonderful. The bar and many of the tables have a wonderful view. When weather permits, there is a large pretty area outdoor seating as well. I'll be back... my friends have already beat me to it!

4 of us had dinner last night at Soma,Not a great experience on the culinary front. We had the mezza flat bread appetizer. The Home made flat bread was dried out from the heat lamp. Salmon spread lacked flavor and was coarse in texture not a spread. The whipped feta lacked seasoning and was not delicious. The cured meats also suffered from the heat lamp and came looking sweaty and greasy. We ordered the Pork chop for main. At 38.00 you would expect at least a 8oz portion of meat. It was less than 3/4 of an inch thick maybe 6 oz of meat. We ordered it MR it came well done. Sent it back second attempt was well done 50% of it and then MW , MD, TO rare at the bone. First plate had crispy onion garnish on meat second one they forgot to garnish. Sauce was mushroom milk based no cream that I could detect. Thus lacked richness. We were offered a free dessert as compensation. We chose the peach cobbler. It was a runny mess with raw filo in the bottom to burnt filo on top. Served with forks. Ate like a soup so I got up found our server and requested spoons. She acknowledged that she knew that would have been a better utensil to eat the peach cobbler soup?Manager and server were good, apologized for the poor quality dining exp. and gave us 2 x $ 25Gift cards one for each couple. I will use mine for a cocktail on the roof top patio when the weather is better. I won't eat there again.

Met a girlfriend here for drinks. Nestled on the top floor, so the views are really nice. We shared the charcuterie board, which was good. This is a really cute date night place! Now, the fire alarm did go off briefly while we were there, but that didn't deter us from leaving. Overall, a cute place!

The outside option on this rooftop as well as indoor window seating does not disappoint. You almost forget you're in Tulsa! The brunch menu offering many delightful options were welcoming to this vegetarian who often only has 1 choice on the menu. Traditional breakfast items were also offered.Everything was fresh and delightful to both the eye and palate. The "shaken" presentation from our server as well as her attentiveness was on point. We sat outside and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere with a slight breeze and lovely playlist. This is definitely a "come again"!

This is the newest rooftop restaurant/bar in Tulsa inside the Brut Hotel. Valet and self parking are available. The elevators were a bit slow and wonky (going down before up to 'R') but we weren't in a hurry. The decor is modern with a chic and minimalistic vibe- very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We made a reservation using Open Table for brunch on a Saturday. Thankfully they weren't very busy so we would've been fine without one. We were immediately greeted by a friendly host and directed to our table. The views are absolutely amazing, especially right now with the Fall colors. I wish they would've asked us where we wanted to sit, to maximize the view, especially since they weren't busy. They sat us in a place where we didn't enjoy the view as fully as other spots around but that's ok, we just walked around to check out the view. There's outside seating on a patio overlooking the south, inside seating overlooking the west and north. There's a bar but we didn't try any drinks this time. When it comes to the menu, it's Tropical Americana, not entirely sure what that means but my hunch is that it's American fusion inspired by Latin food. We had the donut holes with jam and they did not disappoint. I had the chilaquiles in salsa verde with pork - highly recommend. The waiter referred to them as breakfast nachos and that made me chuckle, I never thought of chilaquiles like that but he's kind of right! My friend had the Papa Bruce which was more of a traditional breakfast plate (eggs+sausage+potatoes+toast and fruit). She also enjoyed it. The portions were pretty big and we both needed to go boxes. They didn't have a drink menu but the waiter let us know what our options were. The service was fine but not impressive, definitely still new and in need of a bit more training. Our waiter didn't introduce himself nor ask if we had been there before. He couldn't confidently answer questions about the menu (he did go and ask), forgot refills, little things that would've made our experience extraordinary. Hopefully they'll figure those things out with more time. I can't wait to come back for dinner and drinks!

This is a hidden midtown gem with a rooftop patio overlooking the river. Tucked away in the Brut hotel. We enjoyed the live music and fun atmosphere. Food and drinks were nice.

I'm giving Soma a 4 stars only due to some wait times but besides that it's a 5 star experience! The views are amazing and like someone said it's like you're not in Tulsa! The food was excellent my wife is vegan and they had great options for her and those options were delicious! I ordered the Huli chicken and it was I scraped the pineapple other than some slight waiting for some items the whole meal was great and it was a great experience. We went for our anniversary and it didn't disappoint! I surprised to see some low star ratings because even with some slight delays it definitely was a great experience, we will definitely be back

Top notch food, service, and easily one of the great views, as it occupies the top floor of the Brut Hotel. During the warmer months, you can enjoy your cocktails in the open air of their rooftop aerie. Even during the winter months, the interior of this eateries is just as pleasant as the food and drink proffered.
