I needed to purchase a new couch, and spoke with Joe. Joe was fantastic and answered all of my questions. I knew they had a specific couch that I wanted and they had it in stock. The checkout process was great and they clearly communicated everything. The time window was on a Thursday from 11-3, and they arrived at 11:30 and were incredibly nice. They assembled the couch and then tested it to make sure that it was clean, without any stain or tear and functioned correctly. They were very thorough and were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them!

This is a story of "trust your gut".Went into their store, talked to their salesperson who seemed really untrustworthy. But still decided to go with the mattress he recommended.Had the mattress delivered, when I looked at the mattress closely, it had weird stains on it. Upon further inspection, discovered bedbugs IN THE MATTRESS! Tried to get the mattress returned but they refused. Bringing them to small claims court.STAY AWAY!

DO NOT buy anything from this God awful place! It's not worth your money and they will not help you even if they are the ones the ruined your fur! If I could rate a minus star i would!

My MIL, an 83 year old widow, bought a mattress from Snow's. The thing is junk, it's defective. It's brand new, yet Snow's won't take it back. Snow's is a complete rip-off. They sell junk, then won't stand behind it. DON'T SHOP AT SNOW'S!

DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SNOW'S FURNITURE IN TULSA, OK.So I went into Snow's Furniture with my 93 year grandmother on February 2nd. We were there to buy her some new mattresses. She bought a Serta queen mattress a full mattress and 2 twin mattresses. All in all it was over $2000. Mind you when we went in we expressed to the salesperson that she needed something really good quality and she likes a softer mattress. She fell and fractured her hip last year and it was crucial for her to have a good mattress so she wasn't hurting every morning when she woke up. The salesperson told us they had a 120 day comfort guarantee on the Sertas. So she slept on her new Serta mattress for 3 nights and was really hurting when she woke up. So I called Snow's today and the manager called us back. He proceeded to tell me there was no comfort guarantees and that we could not exchange or return her mattress. They have never done that and cannot help us. He said there's a few I-comfort mattresses that had that warranty but not hers. So now she's literally stuck with an $1100 mattress that she cannot sleep on. The store manager was a complete AHole. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves for the misleading information and for screwing over my 93 year old grandmother. I have given Snow's Furniture probably in the neighborhood of $15-20,000 over the course of about 30 years now and they WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME IF MY MONEY. Of course I tried to post this directly on their Fb wall and it conveniently disappeared as soon as I clicked post. Anyway, if anyone knows how to best handle this and get some kind of resolution to help my grandmother please let me know. I called Serta company after I hung up with the manager and they conveniently closed at 4pm. I will be trying that route again tomorrow.

I recently purchased a adjustable base to replace one that had broken, Ordered that morning delivered that aft everything was perfect until I was taking my evening meds I then Realized that they were missing There had been no one in the house except for the delivery men Upon speaking with Snows they contract out the deliveries They assumed no responsibility So buyer beware don't let these guys out of sight while they are in your homr

First of all, the salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased several recliners. Price was excellent and chairs are great condition. But, we also purchased a mattress and a lift bed. Mattress was "as is" due to damage in shipping. This was explained and we accepted this. However, the lift bed frame and motor came new in a box. After we got it home, we had some medical emergencies with parents. We finally got the bed put together a few weeks later and we discovered the motor was bad. Called Snows, I was told that they couldn't do anything about it, they referred me to Serveco. After a few weeks of trying to get photos of bed, receipt, room, motors, on top of bringing parent home from heart surgery, work, animal care, I was finally told it was out of warranty. Update: Called Snows spoke with Manager about the problem after I posted my anger with the situation and he has been helping me find a solution.

These Snow Furniture commercials are so fricken annoying that I wouldn't step foot in their store if he was giving furniture away...Everytime one comes on TV, which is about every other commercial break, I have to grab the remote as fast as I can to mute his fricken annoying voice.. What an annoying POS!

They took care of a warranty for me. I had bought an electric recliner from Sutherlands in Broken Arrow. The dealer wouldn't make good on a warranty. Snows took care of it.

Go buy your mattress from a reputable dealer! These guys like to lie! 120 day comfort guarantee? They said we had a 120 comfort guarantee from Serta then when we went in to exchange it said no we had to exchange it for another memory foam mattress. That is what we hate and why we want to return. No mention of this when we purchased how convenient!Same thing with delivery they will pick up everything; old mattress etc but when they come to deliver only certain things quality. These guys are masters at lying and cheating to customers. Once they have their sale they don't care! Go somewhere else!
