Had a shirt shortened for $10! Same day too. Owners are very friendly and the store is super clean and organized.

Great pricing! Super fast turnaround time! Would 100% recommend! I had a dress that was insanely big on me in some areas and I sat on it forever before trying to take it to get tailored. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they had it ready for me the following Monday. I think they could've done it faster but I didn't need it until later that week. The adjustments were perfect and the dress fit me like a glove!! I was worried that it may be a little expensive to make the changes I wanted but it was only $25 because my dress was only one layer. They definitely have a customer for life in me.Note: I have a colostomy so thats why I have a bulge but they altered it I'm the perfect places to make sure I had room for my ostomy! I love the final look!!

DONT EVER GO HERE. They only get one star because you can't post zero stars. Our family has been doing business with Snow white's for years, but I think they simply don't care anymore. I took 2 $150 hand me down shirts to have them taken up. When I picked them up they were still way too big so I took them back for a redo and she charged me again. I took in a robe to have her put a couple buttons on so I could throw away the useless belt, and got two plastic snaps that looked like a 5yr old had sewn them. I had a 1" long rip on the back of my $350 Kuhl jacket, just under the hood, so I found a rectangle morale patch that was plenty big enough to cover the rip. The kind that you iron on the Velcro 1/2, then stitch it down. This could have been done perfectly by even the worst seamstress in the business. They did not use the patch and stitched two 3" long hideous Frankenstein lines all the way through the coat, off center and not parallel to themselves or the coat's seam 1/2" away. Ruined the coat. The coat has a patch on one shoulder so I gave them another patch to put on the other shoulder and they did not put it on. They don't have time for you. As you are explaining what you want they cut you off and dismiss you. Last time I was there she practically pushed the other customer out of the way, who wasn't done with his alterations, so she could pin up my shirt as fast as she could. You don't get a receipt or any accounting for how much each item was and the only take cash. We are never going back.

I love having this shop in my "back pocket" when I had a last-minute hemming! Snow White is so great with making alterations and doing them quickly. I didn't even have to pay a rush fee! I'm a bit on the short size so alterations are expected with almost every dress I purchase and maybe a few jeans too. She does a great job using the original hem so that the look remains intact. I looks amazing. Be sure to bring cash or check though. She doesn't except credit cards and there are plenty of reminder signs around the shop.

This place is busy, and I can see why. They were pretty friendly, and we got our jeans tailored at a reasonable price. $8 to shorten our jeans. $12 if you want them to use the same thread as the rest of the jeans. They can even taper your jeans to skinny jeans for an additional of $10 (only the lower part below your knees). Can't remember how much it cost to taper the whole length of the jeans. Our jeans were ready within a few days too.

Our family has used Snow's shop over the past 6-7 yrs. I'm picky on my work dress clothes. I buy sale suits & tailor them here. I make weird requests-- like adjust the left sleeve to match the angle of the right on the tweed coat I got from a thrift. Their work is spot on, 90% of the time. And I'm talking 40-50 items that they've done for our family. Never had a problem with them making it right. To the guy that dinged them because of a $3 hidden charge, for an extra repair--I read that review thinking that if every single $3 increment is crucial--you should probably ask for a quote at end of presenting all items. I've never had any unreasonable charges or other than what I'm told. Our family uses Snow with confidence.

Fast and does a great job! I was very satisfied with the fit after the alterations. I would definitely use them again.

Always professional, have used many times for many types of tailoring, and always pleased with the results. Quick turnaround when needed, otherwise, still not a very long wait.
