The battery light had come on in my car and next thing I know, 20 minutes later my car died on the way to work. I went to Autozone and they told me the problem was with my alternator so I called several different places around town to get quotes and approximate timing of service. Sinclair Auto Centers was the ONLY PLACE that could get me in that day and was transparent about pricing and service times! They were also the only place that didn't patronize me and tell me they had to run and charge me for their own diagnostics (which would take days at other places) despite having the malfunction code for the issue. I cannot recommend their business enough! Everyone there was very kind and this was the first auto shop that I've been to that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as a woman.

Paid for a transmission flush with new filter and gasket. They started the flush and realized they didn't have the filter in stock. Asked for me to come back next week. When I came back next week they still didn't have the filter in stock. Once they finally got the filter in stock I went to have the flush and filter done and they wanted me to pay more on top of what I originally paid because prices went up. Very dishonest, sadly disappointed in management.

Went in on a 25.00 conventional oil change coupon because it is close to my house and wanted to give them a try in that I always go to Jiffy Lube because of the way they treat Veterans. Was sitting in there waiting area and noticed they had a special for wiper blades for 9.89 well when my vehicle was ready and went to cash out the bill was 64.89 WHAT? they said they didn't have any blades that was on sale. The ones they put on were about 20.00 a piece . I felt very mislead then as I was getting ready to leave I wanted to try out the wipers and immediately the left one fell off so I told them and they treated me very rudely. So I told them to just give me back the ones that was on it said sorry they had thrown them away. Now I have wiper blades on my car that dont even work right. They were very disrespectful and dishonest towards me and they didn't even want to make it right. Very unfortunate that a business would treat a disabled Veteran they way they did. I had not decided what I wanted to do about my car repair. I knew I needed more information to make that decision. The representative went beyond my expectations and gave me an estimate that he was able to explain, in detail. I was able to confirm what he said with my own research. I decided I would wait to have the car repaired. The representative was clearly honest with me. If I decide to have the repairs done, there is no question, I will take it to this shop. Their honesty speaks volumes for this company. In a time where car repairs get overwhelming for most women because we get mislead and overcharged, it is a relief to find someone who is fair and honest.

We recently purchased a 2020 Telluride from a dealership out of state. They said it had been fully serviced including an oil change. Less than 2000 miles later the car started running rough and throwing all sorts of codes. I brought it in to Sinclair and Joel started diving into its issues. Turns out it had ran out of oil! How did I not think to check that first. Joel worked his magic and saved us fortunes and peace of mind. He had us back on the road the next day. Great experience, great service, and a great learning experience. You can really tell how much Joel cares about his customers.
