Thai tea
Butterscotch is the latest, sweetest, tea. Really tasty.
Table placement
This is what a pot of tea looks like when you steep it WITH milk. It was much lighter when it arrived and surprisingly had zero flavor. :(
Complimentary decorations for the party
a collection of tea cups and saucers
a donut and a cup of coffee

I was blown away at how wonderfully done our event was! I booked Simplicity for my graduation party and loved every second of it. So many guests raved about the tea, the food, and most importantly the service. This was the perfect spot to have our event, and I will sing high praises about it to everyone!

As a gift to my dear British friend, I enthusiastically took her to Simplicity & Co. for tea in mid-March 2016. We ordered a pot of the black breakfast tea and requested milk, but no sugar. We were quite surprised when we were told the milk would actually be coming IN the teapot and not on the side. We asked specifically if it was going to come IN the pot, and the cashier said, "Oh, yes!"When the teapot arrived at our table, the tea was steeping IN the milk and water and it was a murky, dishwatery-colored liquid not resembling a proper pot of tea. So, we waited, hoping the tea would indeed steep properly. My poor, British friend was horrified that a tea shop anywhere would 'mash' their tea IN the milk as opposed to adding milk after it had brewed. We visited for a while, hoping the tea would get stronger, but unfortunately it lacked most of the lovely flavors we anticipated when smelling a sample of it on the extensive tea wall. Furthermore, our unimpressive pot of tea was $10 ($6 without milk and an added $2 for each of us to have milk). We both felt the concept was very unique and were excited to try a tea shop in Stillwater. However, our first visit very much missed the mark and our disappointing initial experience will most likely not warrant a subsequent visit.

The only tea shop to go to in Stillwater! The variety is wonderful and the atmosphere is unparalleled. A great place to go if you need to study, or just unwind for the day. The tea available is always quality, and the freedom to drink it however you please is also nice.

New place, unlike anything in Oklahoma except one other local loose leaf tea house in Oklahoma City. Lots of unique flavors and a dedicated staff eager to please. Great for date nights, a quick meeting or a quiet place to read. Always try the samples because they have new flavors all the time. Like the Cinnamon Fig and the Dark Chocolate Peppermint. Support Local!

Great little spot! Visited with my sister in law and we both enjoyed the ambiance, the tea, and the service was good, too. Bought some tea to bring back home - was too good to pass up. Will visit again when I'm back in Stillwater.

I visited Simplicity & Co while visiting a friend in Stillwater. I wish this place was open when I was I college because I would have come a lot. I arrived with high hopes and walked in the downtown location and immediately felt claustrophobic. Very little space, not even a lot of standing room to wait for our tea. I have heard that they have since expanded, which is good because the size of the place seriously put a damper on my experience. I got a chai and I remember it being just ok, but expensive. I'd like to revisit next time I'm in town, but I'm not in a rush to go back. But I will say that I'm so glad that there is a tearoom in Stillwater.

What a cute tea shop to add to the college town of Stillwater. It was a little hard to find at first. It is around the corner from the Blue Spruce next to a children's daycare. It is a small place with two bar stools, three two person tables, a couch, and two large chairs. They have some books to read, a small banjo and piano for anyone to play. I ordered a hot tea (lemongrass ginger) and my boyfriend got an iced tea (watermelon refresher). They both were great! You can really taste the strong flavors in both without even giving the name. The barista was by herself serving about 8 other people so we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. I like how they give you a breakdown of how you can really dress up your tea. You can add different milks and sweeteners. I would absolutely go back but it wouldn't be when I am in a time crunch.

I've been to this tea house several times but tonight my friend treated me to the special tea tasting they had this evening. We all sat around a large table and got to know the others there to enjoy the tasting. One was even all the way from Australia! Mr. Ray was delightful and he told us in detail about each type of tea and the different flavors. We got to try Butterscotch, Apple Pie, Dark Chocolate Peppermint and Pumpkin Spice Chai along with a flowering one that I can't remember the name of. It was very pretty as it blossomed while it steeped, and tasty, too. Looking forward to going again soon!
