Great local bbq place in Parsons, KS. The aroma when you first walk in is amazing. Had the Rueben sandwich and the best smoked corn beef ever. Service was fast and friendly, happy people work here!

The food was really good !!! Except ... one thing ... the meat needed more smoke flavor !! The ONLY thing.. other than that , the other food was good , and the atmosphere was pleasant , and the service was excellent!!! Even though it was lunch rush hour , they still provided quick good service . And the price was good too!! Would definitely recommend !! And would go there again!!

On business in Parsons so Shredder's is a must stop for lunch!!! Great ribs!!! choose Cole slaw & mashed potatoes & gravy. I would recommend the cole slaw but passed on the mashed potatoes.Our server was Gloria and she was fabulous!!! If you're local you probably already knows this place however, if you're passing through or close this would be worth the stop!

Call me crazy but I'm vegetarian and still managed to love this place lol their baked beans were so good! There are enough side dishes to make a nice vegetarian meal. I also got a grilled cheese off the kids menu.When you walk in, you can smell the smoke and it's divine! My husband got pulled pork with coleslaw and sweet potato fries.PRO TIP... get those fries and they give you marshmallow cream dip for the sweet potato fries. Just wow. Try it!! You won't be sorry!

Came for lunch while visiting my mom.I opted for a three meat combo with Baby back ribs, pulled pork, and sliced brisket. The pulled pork was nice and lean, as well as the sliced brisket Good flavors over all.

Wonderful Service! Place was PACKED! Rack of Ribs Baked Beans very tasty. Red potato salad and they checked on my dairy allergy ingredients. BTW, the restaurant provided FREE meals to the community on Thnxgvng. Wish there was a SHREDDERS in California..

Great food and busy. I had the meatloaf and brisket and was not disappointed. Healthy portions and reasonable prices.

Can't say enough good things about our meal today. Juicy, tender well seasoned ribs and pulled pork. Crispy and hot fresh tasting like cut right out of the garden fried okra. Crispy outside and tender inside curly fries and sweet potato fries which were served with a warm marshmallow dipping sauce. Ooohhhh. Ice tea was delicious- service friendly and fast and all three sauces were extremely good in my opinion. Hope you have the same experience.
