Best neighborhood bar in the universe. No exaggeration. The beer is always cold. The owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Love the hospitality. Plenty of televisions, pool tables, darts, and a great digital jukebox. Always fun to hang out at Shot Happens. (Ask Emily to make her signature shot... if you dare!)

Love the drinks but if you leave the bar to go take a smoke break while you're not staffed for someone to cover you, that's a problem.

Great local bar...not a dive bar, both the environment and people take it to the next level even though it relies on food trucks to keep people.Very nice atmosphere with the bar open through the bottle are into the street. Tasha was great making us feel at home and the wood and metal inter was clean yet warm. Great outside area makes this the perfect stringing bathes will become a regular stop, just we've they had food to keep us there longer..:

Best bartenders around!! And they have a $2 domestic happy hour, and shot specials all the time.

We decided to stop by for a local musician.  The place is dark with lots of tv's, a couple of pool tables, a mix of low tops and high tops for seating.  It didn't seem too busy for a weekend night but that's what we wanted.  The waitress said hi and told us to sit wherever.  She was very prompt.  I ordered a Long Island tea.  In my opinion, that's a strong drink and they made it how it's supposed to be made.  The musician took the stage a little later than the event stated.  She fit the place.  Both have a casual, relaxed, in no hurry vibe.  I spoke with her after her show.  She had some items for sale to help support her.  I purchased a bracelet that came with a sticker and a guitar pick.  The bathroom had a sign that said Selfie Room so of course I obliged!

The drinks are amazing if you have the right bartender! There is a young boy that works there I was trying to get his attention to order a drink and he was stuck on his cell phone. When I finally did get his attention he had no idea how to make the drink I was asking for...?

This is the best example of a local bar. Great service. Friendly customers. They always remember me when I walk through the door. What more could one ask for???

Opening night and it rocks for the hood! Really looking forward to having a nice, smoke-free bar out this way that has plenty of TVs, live music and solid drink specials. Stay gold, Pony Boy...stay gold!

Sorry, but I didn't have a good experience here at all! They advertised an open mic night for local musicians to come and sit-in. So, me being a local musician, I went to have a beer and play some music with other musicians. But when I went to talk to the host (Andrew Harmon) and ask him to sit-in he said, "this is only for Singer/Songwriters" like somehow me as a bass player was not "good enough" or "qualified" to play. It was a pretty humiliating experience! Also, it took almost 20 minutes for me to get just 1 beer. This doesn't seem like a really good way to start as a new business! I was very disappointed, especially since I drove all the way from East Tulsa.

Shot Happens is a great neighborhood bar. CJ is a killer bartender. Drinks menus vary by season. Always creative. They've added a food truck, too. It's worth tasting! Karaoke on Thursdays if you're into that... or want to see a good show. You'll have a great time with your friends!
