One of my tires kept going flat and after letting the car sit in the driveway for over 6 months, went in today to get a new tire. They said they could probably just fix the tire instead of me needing a brand new one. I also didn't have the tire lock key and they were able to work around that and get the tire off anyway. They put new tire locks on it and gave me the new keys for them also! In and out in about 30 min and only $45. They were very friendly and helpful, even saved me some money. Their bathroom was very women friendly, which I appreciated!

Needed brakes and Kirk handled everything from start to finish. Great place to go. Highly recommend.

I have done business with the broken arrow location for many, many years now. Kevin is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable about his products extremely friendly and an outstanding salesman. Over the years I have bought at least 5 sets of tires from him and have recommended this location to all my friends. He knows my kids and my family and takes excellent care of them all, each and every time they come in. His entire staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. When I needed some rotors turned here recently it was right at 5 o'clock and his staff stayed over and took care of it for me. I will continue to do business with Kevin and his staff for many years to come.

This is the best tire dealership in Oklahoma, maybe the country! I have bought two sets of tires from Kevin at Broken Arrow's Hercules Tire store. One for my car and one for my wife's. Why from this place? Because the price and customer service cannot be beat! In fact, I shopped around...a lot. I even looked at getting them online and having the tires shipped to me. Kevin gave me a quote (both times!) that was less than every other shop AND the online stores! Best of all, Kevin knows his tires! He listens to you, to what you want and need, then tells you about all the tires they sell that meet your desires. No high pressure, just expert advice from one of the most friendly folks around. Also, I gotta say, I had maybe the BEST customer service experience of my life here! When Kevin heard I was a school teacher and couldn't get off until 5 or 6, he had his guys come to my work and pick up my car. I drive to work with bald tires and went home with nice new tires! And he was right, a year later the tires he recommended have been great! And guess what...today, I took my car to him to have my headlights restored. That's right, this awesome "tire" shop also does a great job at Headlight Restoration! Thanks, Kevin!

Stopped there because it was near my hotel. SO lucky because they were great! One of the tires on my rental car was very low so I stopped to have it checked. I was pleasantly greeted then they quickly went to check the tire. They even offered me coffee while I waited. The guy returned shortly and said it was all ready to go. When I asked what it was he said it was a nail in the tire. When I tried to pay he said it was no cost. Super nice and much appreciated. If I lived here, I'd definitely give this place my business. Great customer service.

We thought we had established a decent relationship with these guys and unfortunately we hadn't I guess bc when we took in more stuff not even a month after our original few jobs we gave them. Long story short they don't know what they're doing, our truck is currently in another shop bc they didn't fix anything when we took it there. We went to them for an alignment and the truck started to pull to the right two days later. The young guy that works there is really respectful, nice, and helpful. The bald guy is rude, arrogant, and honestly shouldn't be in any sort of customer service related role. Hopefully you have better luck if you give them a shot.

I honestly have no idea where the 5 stars are coming from unless family are writing for them!!! I took my car in because my heater wasn't working. Before even looking at my vehicle, Kurt insulted my son (should have walked out then so that's on me). Despite the insult to someone he'd never met, Kurt claimed he could have my car ready later that afternoon. It was freezing and I was desperate, so I left my car. Three hundred dollars and another trip into the shop later my heater was still blasting cold air. We have since taken it to another mechanic (a real one this time) and all it needed was a heater core flush, $120.00. Beware!!

Kirk up at Hercules was fantastic! Quick turn around time. Very clear about price and what needs to be done. Honest guy who does a fantastic job! If you're looking for the best deal, head down to Hercules Tire in Broken Arrow! He gives a 10% discount to students, educators, first responders and military! Funny guy who keeps you entertained while you're waiting. Snacks and vending machines in the lobby. Clean restrooms. Large waiting area with TV, magazines, and is very well maintained. Has a pretty sweet salt water fish tank that's fun to look at. Overall, a wonderful experience everytime I've been here.

Hercules is where I always buy my tires! They are super friendly, accommodating and fast getting my car in and out. I have checked around and Hercules always has the best price for quality tires. My husband has been pleased with his wheel and tire purchase as well.
